Haven’t even had this mattress for 2 years and the coils have given out at the head and foot of the bed. highly annoyed because this wasn’t cheap and I can’t afford to keep replacing every year and a half

Great firm mattress! Purchased this for my mom's room since she loves a firm mattress. It's a guest room and others have commented on its comfort.

I’ve had this bed for 2 years. Ideally, spring mattresses shouldn’t be rolled up. This bed comes rolled up tightly like a rug. Because of this the middle of the bed is sunken in and one side is visibly lower than the other. The high side is quite firm and comfy but through the night you’ll eventually roll to the soft sunken center. It’s so sunken in that if you’re in the center it’s hard to get out of the bed. I’m replacing the mattress this week. I would not recommend.

Ordered mattresses..delivery was quick..it's a hybrid firm mattress..very comfortable mattress but it's not 14 inch as mentioned..the max it expands is 12 inches and the edges are are with a slope which is disappointing but again it's a great comfort to sleep on. Thanks.

This mattress makes me want to ditch the other mattress I have and get another one of these in a larger size. I got it for my guest bedroom and I wanted to try it to make sure I liked it. This mattress was so comfortable, it swallowed me whole. Its definitely the Goldilocks of mattresses, not too hard and not too soft. I slept very well!

Great firm mattress!

Anyone needing a frm mattress due to back pain should really consider this one. It is the first hybrid that I've purchased. I've had it for about a month now and I'm still impressed. I feel so rested and I wake up less during the night. I had considered this mattress previously but did not purchase it at the time. My mistake because this mattress has been amazing!

less than a year and a huge indent. warranty has been a hassle..will not respond with what is needed to file a claim. call, they tell you to email. email they tell you to contact Walmart even when i supply all the info requested.

Very uncomfortable

If you are looking for firm, this is it! I don’t sink into this mattress at all. The motion isolation is great and the edge support is good. The springs in this mattress are silent. However, i’ve had it for about a week now and the height is no where near 13.5 inches. It is more like 12 if i’m being generous. It also hasn’t expanded fully on the top and bottom edges where it was rolled up so my bed looks higher in the middle than it does on the edges.
