Not well stitched. Not dryer friendly.

Returning. This seems to be of poor quality. The stitching has a lot of loose threads and I don’t think the buttons would stay on very long. The description here indicates tumble dry but the tag says not to.

Disappointed

I was disgusted with the product that I received from Khols on line shopping. When I placed my order I never dreamed of what I would receive! When the bag came fully sealed. I opened it and to my surprise a duvet that was dirty and used. It was an open package than was put in a shipping bag. I was appalled that any store would do such a thing. I tried to reach the customer service. No luck. I did get in touch with Patty the next morning. Bottom line Kolhs is not the store for me. Although I have to say when I returned the dirty item Cliff the manager was respectful and understanding of the situation. Corporate could use him to straighten out your mess. The store I returned was turnersville nj. Hopefully this gets in the right hands.

shams shrunk and stitching came loose

I have had this duvet for over a year now. The shams shrunk so much on the first wash and they don’t fit our pillows anymore. I looked for smaller/thinner pillows and they still don’t fit properly. The shams also wrinkle and completely lost their shape. I always use a top sheet so I don’t wash the duvet more than once a month, but after 3 washings the stitching came loose and I had to resew it. This duvet also takes days to dry. I usually have to hang it. For the price I expected better.

Love the duvet cover!

Love the duvet cover! It is a cream color and love the design. Very happy with my purchase. Bought an expensive down comforters and wanted a quality duvet.

Decent but could be better.

This is a decent duvet cover but there is no tie in the top middle so the duvet insert gets pushed down while we are sleeping. I really love the material but it’s an inconvenience to have to pull the insert back up every morning.

Very nice!

This duvet cover is beautiful! It is heavy, well made, and drapes nicely. I got the cream color and added dark gray flannel sheets for winter. Very cozy!

Fabric too loose-not a smooth weave

I ended up returning this set before unwrapping. The weave is open and I feared the threads would be easy to pull and fray. The look is what I wanted but not with loose thread potential from the fabric surface.

Very poor quality

I bought this set, it was delivered and left out in the rain to get destroyed so Kohls kindly sent me a replacement. The set is pretty but upon washing it and putting it together on my bed, multiple buttons came off. The next time I took it off, I noticed 2 of the 4 strings to hold the comforter in place, also came off. I would not buy this again nor recommend.

Cream waffle duvet

This duvet is beautiful. The cream is definitely more of a buttercream than a true cream color, I was almost going to exchange it for the white but after adding white pillows, sheets, and throw blankets it really looks beautiful.

Great color and feel.

I am loving this duvet. I had purchased a few and returned before finding this one and I am very pleased. The color is true to the photo and the waffled texture is nice and soft. More importantly, it has a thickness to it that makes it feel fuller than some of the other duvets I have trie. It washes/dries nicely and looks great in my room.

Very yellow compared to the photos

I was really excited about my new duvet covers but was extremely disappointed to discover that the color is off in the photos online. It’s a very light yellow and not at all what I wanted so I returned it. The texture was nice, but I can’t really report on any other features because I returned it right after opening.

High Hopes

I bought this with such high hopes that a duvet cover had improved over the years and sadly it did not. It took way too long to get the comforter in the cover and tied in. The buttons would not stay buttoned. Even though the comforter was tied in at the 4 corners, it flopped around inside the duvet. I really wanted it to work but ended up returning it.

Great but requires work

This duvet is certainly beautiful. When it’s all perfect with no ripples, and it’s adjusted perfectly at each side and end, it looks like a million bucks. My only minor complaint is that the fabric shows every fold/lump. You can’t just throw it on and let it fall into place. With a king bed you have to walk back and forth from side to side to get it adjusted exactly, so it doesn’t show the sheets underneath and so it’s smooth. Some duvets just don’t require this much adjusting. Every. Day. But it is beautiful!

Two different greys

I purchased the grey king duvet. There are two different grey color fabrics. The fabric underneath and on the reverse side is thinner and what I expected from photos - light grey but on the bluer side. The waffle fabric on top is a brownish grey, almost beige. Also, the texture/stitching isn’t a true waffle so it looks a bit worn. Having the one color peek through and be a mismatched color made it look cheaper and/or faded. I’m going to try to exchange for a different color.

"Cream" color is not as shown

I didn't even remove from the packaging because I could see that the "Cream" color is not as shown in photo. In actuality, it has a yellow tinge to it. This is not an uncommon problem and it may not matter to some people. .Just mentioning in case anyone else out there is looking for a "non-yellow" off-white.
