Very disappointed. Duvet cover started to fall apart as I was putting it on my duvet. Corner ties fell off almost immediately. The fabric is very thin and poor quality.

Low quality

I liked the material, but it was very cheaply made. The fabric is super soft, but the seams are stitched too long with thread that rips easily. Four seems came undone in the 3 months I used it.

Duvet cover set

I like it. the material is soft. I just wish for a King size that the zipper was 3 sided rather than one to make it easier to position the duvet inside.

Not sure if I even got the right product - the picture looked the same, but the brand was "Sweet Home Collection" with no mention of Hubbardston or Charleston Home (maybe a collection of that brand? Like I said, not sure). Ordered the burgundy in a queen size. Unfortunately, the color was not as rich of a burgundy red as I would have liked; it is more of a faded brick orange-red color, so it does not match my burgundy red decor. Fabric is soft, but relatively dull/matte. Would do the job, but is unfortunately not what I was looking for.

This is really pretty, nicely sized, and sooooo soft. The only reason it was perfect Because our daughter asked the very night I’d opened it if she could keep a black stray cat she was being asked to adopt. You can see the eyes, hear the voice . . . making a white comforter, not so much! Were it not for that, most assuredly it would be on her bed!

It is soft and comfortable, plus I love the zipper to keep our comforter inside. However, there were a few issues. The first time we washed the pillow cases one of the zippers broke off in the washer. Also the comforter got severely displaced inside the duvet and twisted. I had hoped for better as the price was great. disappointed.

Not worth your money. I bought this a few months ago and have washed it a few times let it air dry. The sewing in the cinched areas has started unraveling and the zipper no longer closes. I should have got a regular comforter. The same applies to the pillow cases it came with. JUNK!

I do love the burgundy color and the softness of the material. My actual duvet is a bit thin, it's a summer one, and this doesn't quite fit like it should and I wish I knew that but I'm still gonna keep it and probably get a thicker duvet so it will fit better. Other than that, I just love it. Goes perfect with my black sheets. Would buy again!!

I purchased the silver and was skeptical to order from some reviews but I just focused on the positive ones and am so glad I did ! Beautiful! Looks expensive quality is nice color nice for the price excellent. I did have to iron but after sleeping with it it did not wrinkle. One panel had the stitching off so I decided I’m not returning for the price I paid I’ll just sew it with a needle and thread 5 seconds perfect!!!!

Once I ironed the duvet cover and the comforter, it looks great. It comes in a tightly sealed package and very wrinkled. Took me two hours to steam iron the wrinkles out and it was difficult because of the pintuck design. I even put each one in my steam dryer to no avail. I have an oversized queen bed and the queen is too small. I should have purchased a king but did not. Be sure to measure before you order. It is a beautiful design.

I needed a duvet set for a down comforter that I purchased elsewhere. When it arrived it was a little darker than I expected but I still really like it! I loved the design. I just wish it had ties on the inside so it would be easier to get the actual comforter inside of it. Especially since I needed a king size. But it has a really nice zipper closure on the back, the shams do too. Once I got it all put together, it's everything I wanted!!! Washed really nicely too.

Great buy!

Washed it before putting my comforter inside the duvet. Followed washing instructions; unfortunately one seam on the “pin tuck” came undone. Not noticeable. Washed great though! Looks beautiful on our bed. As for the other reviews on it easily becoming wrinkled, it wasn’t terrible. I used my handheld steamer and it looked great! Honestly, even if I didn’t steam out the wrinkles, it would have still looked fine. For reference, I bought the duvet in a king and in the color silver. We have a California king though, and honestly the king looks great! For $40, I think it looks amazing. It’s also so soft and comfortable and this is something I can keep on year round. It doesn’t feel cheap at all. Really great buy!

Sweet Home duvet is perfect

I think I may have written a review about the wrong duvet. THIS is the duvet set I purchased. It is by Sweet Home. It's perfect. It is extremely soft, extremely light (I never fill my duvets with a comforter) and exactly as advertised. Mine is white in king size. It is as generous as they say and I just love it. If it came in more colors that I like I would definitely have purchased another one. You can fill it for the winter and leave it as I do for the summer. If you sleep hot you'll love this.

Perfect duvet

I received this set recently, in white, in king size. I just read the reviews tonight. I think, after reading the reviews that some people do not know what a duvet is. You are supposed to fill it with your comforter or quilt.. I personally like it just the way it is. I also think that the person who got it in king size but said it's too small may have it on wrong. Turn it sideways and it will fit. It's not supposed to go over the pillows - it's a duvet, not a bedspread. The zipper goes along the bottom. I hope this has helped some people. My king size bed is new so it's big and this duvet fits perfectly and looks wonderful.

Beautiful, lightweight and soft

I purchased this set in white, king size. It's exactly as advertised. It's very soft and although I've never wanted to buy microfiber sheets, it's fine in a duvet or quilt. I have not put anything inside of it although I can. I like it just the way it is because it's so lightweight. It will be perfect in the spring and summer. It looks beautifully textured because of the pin tucking. The price was ridiculously inexpensive too. Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased with it.

Feels like cotton!

Very nice, comes with full zipper. Feels like 100% cotton but it is not. It is polyester made like micro fiber. But feels good. Our duvet is hypoallergenic down and 100% cotton. So this gives double protection. Wish it was cotton though!

cheap, pinched pleats ripped out fast

I ordered this about 6mo before I got a chance to put it over my comforter. It looked fairly nice, just very thin sheet like material and very wrinkled right out of the pkg. Literally 3 days after getting it on my bed several of the pleats tore out, so there's a big flat spot with no pinched material right smack in the middle of the bed, it looks terrible. I have sat on the bed and folded laundry twice, you would think it would hold up a little better than that! I tossed the packaging, since it looked fine for the first couple of days. now I cant return it. So if you chance buying this product make sure you keep the packaging!

Measurements don’t add up

This duvet cover is beautiful, but the king size is WAY TOO small for my king bed! I got it laid out on the bed and put a duvet cover inside and it barely came down over the sides of my bed. It was ridiculous looking. I even measured it and it didn’t measure as a king size, but closer to a queen size. I wonder if the comforter is marked king but I got a queen size on accident? That is the only logical explanation I can think of. I included pictures that show this stuffed duvet cover on my bed. I took pictures of what both sides look like without moving it around at all. Of course. I had to return it. I recommend if you have a smaller bed, buy the next size up. That is the only way this duvet cover could work. Besides the small size, the style was nice.
