This was by far the worst experience ever purchasing online. There wasn’t enough information online about the product and when I messaged customer service to inquire about the requirements for the bed frame, I received a basic answer that didn’t exactly answer my question. And the tracking info sucked. The package was constantly delayed and delivered poorly which is completely on Fexed but this entire experience was unpleasant. I hope the bed itself is worth it. And looks nice/ just like the photos online.

Very easy to assemble and looks great in our guest room. It has a very contemporary look and upgraded our guest room. I also like that it has side rails that match.

Simple headboard

Ordered the white headboard. It is nice but it is simple. The side rails are shorter than I expected. I'm using it in a guest bedroom so I'm satisfied as it is a true white.

We ordered the bed in white. Fabric is nice. Not cheap looking. Estimated assembly time of 45 minutes should be doubled. Sturdy construction once assembled.

This bed is very pretty. But it is very low to the ground. Also, the support beams seem pretty flimsy and I except to have to buy a new frame soon. Two people are needed to assemble.
