Good night's sleep!

The KingsDown king-size mattress and box springs are very comfortable. It took about 3 weeks from time of ordering and receipt. The men delivering the king mattress and box springs were very courteous and took care bringing to our bedroom, however they failed to remove from the plastic bags and setup onto the king bed frame as I was expecting. They said they were not allowed. Sleeping so far has been very comfortable and cooling.

Quality Made Very Firm Mattress

Purchased the mattress two weeks ago. The mattress did not come with any documentation other than the tag on it and the QR code card. Wish Kingsdown would include actual paperwork with the mattress showing the warranty and who to contact if there are issues. Web sites come and go over time. I keep all of my warranty info in a file. Mattress seems to be well made and was manufactured only about a week before my furniture dealer had it delivered. Mattress may be a bit too firm for me though. Also, the edges slope down about 1-2" from the top and bottom, causing my feet to hang in mid are while my legs are resting on the mattress top. My pillow also tilts down between the top of the mattress and the headboard for the same reason. I am right at 6' tall. My old mattress was straight to the very edges and I did not experience this.

This mattress was not what I expected based on all of the positive reviews. It is pretty firm, but you cant sit on the end of it. The mattress slopes badly and stays sloped if you do. I really regret this purchase, its not very resilient and I question the durability longevity. I (100 percent) would not recommend this if you like to sit on the end of your bed.

Great Mattress Set

Love this king mattress set! The firmness is perfect for me, not like a brick and not super cushy, but I did add a pillow top pad just to make sure it would have enough softness. It is perfect for my achy hips and joints! I am super pleased with this purchase!

All Good Things Come To An End

Twenty Six, yes Twenty Six years ago my wife and I purchased a Kingsdown Sleeping Beauty Palisade Pillow Top King mattress locally in Atlanta. We had been married about a year and I splurged and spent over $1000 on this mattress. It was very expensive for a newlywed couple, but it was money well spent. We have only come across a few luxury hotel beds that we feel matched our beds comfort. I'm now 55 years old and having aches and pains with a stiff lower back and have come to the conclusion that we have finally worn out our lovely mattress. I've been searching for the best new mattress and am tired of reading website reviews that look like promos for certain manufacturers. I have read many many reviews and still reluctant to give up our mattress. I don't know why I didn't come to the conclusion sooner, but we've decided that we must get another Kingsdown. The only question now is which one! We would like to get as close of a match to the 1997 model of the Kingsdown Sleeping Beauty Palisade Pillow Top as possible. Any recommendations?

I LOVE this mattress. Made the mistake in the past of purchasing softer mattresses because they seemed plush at the store but only ever ended up with back pain. This mattress doesn’t arrive in a small box. We wanted a real old school firm mattress and this one is a dream to sleep on. No back or hip pain in the morning, no limbs falling asleep, just great sleep. Love that there was no smell and fits perfectly into our California King frame. Will update in the future, but so far…a dream come true!

I love this mattress!

I was waking up with hip pain every night. I thought I was just getting old but it turns out, our mattress was too old. I had slept on a Kingsdown mattress at the Inn at Biltmore and really liked it. We’re fortunate enough to live close to a Kingsdown Factory Store in NC. Scott was so knowledgeable and was able to show us the mattresses that would work for our sleep style. We selected the Edbrooke. We have been sleeping on it a month. I no longer have hip pain and don’t wake up feeling stiff. I’m so pleased with this purchase! We bought the Kingsdown pillows as well and they’re great too!
