Looks good

Pretty easy to put together. Fits the space perfectly in my bathroom. Would have liked it to be a little heavier. It does look good.

Sleek, sophisticated, easy to assemble

I needed a slim-line towel rack to fit in a limited space, and this fills the bill perfectly. Nice quality, good finish. Assembly instructions were a little incomplete, but my husband easily figured it out.

Beautiful!!

We had been looking for a towel hanger or something to place our towels and we found the perfect item!!! We love it! Perfect touch for my bathroom and towels. Recommend it 100%. I can't upload pic but my bathroom looks awesome.

Very practical and sleek

Very easy to assemble. Matches my bathroom hardware perfect. Not too large for the space. Very practical and modern feeling. Holds large towels without dragging the floor.

Much narrower and shorter than I thoughtZ I have to admit I didn't really play close attention to the measurements. I had a feeling it would be narrow but didn't know it would be shorts I will have preferred a wider bar so that I don't have to fold my towel up to fits and the bottoms rung towel touches floors and these are my smaller towels depicted here Functional so I can't be bothered to return

I have been trying to put this together for several days. The first step requires a rubber mallet which I don’t have. I’ve used a regular hammer but am not able to get past the first step so I can’t assemble it. I should have been instructed that I would need a rubber mallet before I ordered this.

Well, it looks nice. It’s about a foot shorter than I imagined. It was a pain in the butt to put together. Make sure you have a rubber mallet and a file for assembling otherwise it’s not going to happen. I like the overall product, just not 100% satisfied with this one. I’m 5’5 tall and I have to reach down to get a towel off the lowest bar.

Went together well, nice looking unit, stable, but too small. We needed a narrow unit, which this was, but would have worked better if it were 6" higher and 2" or 3" deeper. We had to take what we could find. C'mon, Kingston Brass, there has to be a good margin on this product, so why do a size that looks like it belongs in a small child's bathroom.

Oh my gosh, this is amazing! I will admit to being skeptical, but it is absolutely perfect, not only for my application, but just generally. It fit as though it was custom made. I've had friends look at the space amazed how well it fits and looks. My clients are delighted. Matches the bronze bathroom fixtures. It's being used to hold small rug. I'm thrilled! (Tip: Although it was an easy assembly, I found inserting the pieces into the fittings on the base needed a bit more "force" than I thought. And I ended up with some small metal shavings that were easily, but carefully, removed.)

It's OK

As others pointed out you can only really use it for one towel. It is a little flimsy, more weight overall would help. On the other hand the design it's cool and it looks ok, let's just see how long the chrome lasts. it is made in china, so... I got in on sale so it's ok, I'd probably be disappointed if I've had paid full price. Three starts is fair for this product

This towel rack is exactly like the photo. It's very light weight, & serves its purpose for house guests. I wouldn't suggest hanging a heavy beach towel or blanket. I would recommend this towel rack, if you're looking for more towel space, or just to hang a lightweight throw blanket for the cooler winter nights.

Assembly for this was a little trying. The corner/connection pieces didn’t fit like I thought they should. I don’t own a rubber mallet so I had to use a hammer to get them in, which didn’t cause any damage. There were a lot of plastic/metal shavings since the pieces were larger than the holes required. But overall it looks nice and does its duty pretty outstandingly.

I bought the towell rack in brushed nickel. It's very nice and fits my needs. Easy to assemble. It's perfect to hold several towels and keep wet towels away from the wall. It looks great in my newly remodeled master bathroom. I would highly recommend purchasing this item. I may buy another one for the guest bathroom.

sad, tired little piece

This rack doesn't purport to be much and it lives down to expectations. The finish was full coverage, but with drips. The '90 degree' connectors - vertical to horizontal - are plastic. The rack skews out of square easily. We bought it to hold towels when we're in the hot-tub, so I can live with it - but I'd never recommend it for an interior design piece.

great piece

Looks and works great; fits our bathroom perfectly so we didn't have to drill holes in the wall to add more towel racks. It doesn't fall, it holds 3 towels and takes up little space. Assembly was easy too. There was a glitch in the instructions so I had to figure something out myself (I think it had to do with one of the bottom pieces using not screws but another piece). They are not labeled but the heavier pieces go to the bottom. If you don't have a rubber mallet (as they recommend), it will be difficult to fit the end parts (that are plastic and look like bronze).

Screws Missing

You had to read the instructions carefully as many parts that were labeled with different letters seemed to be exactly the same. Using a rubber mallet made it easy and safe on the finish. My only issue is that one pouch that was supposed to have had 8 screws only had 6. It was a sealed plastic bag so none were lost; they just didn't include enough. They'll be pretty hard to match as they have an Allen wrench head, but in worse case I'll just have two bars instead of three.
