Scratches easily

It’s very beautiful but scratches easily. Buyer beware.

It is so beautiful

We bought this, and we have had the table replaced already. The top does not have a strong finish and scratches so easily. It would be perfect if they would put a harder varnish on it.

Wish I had not purchased

Seriously wish I wouldn’t have purchased this table. Like the other reviews say the finish on the table is horrible. First night we had the table my son placed a stack of plates on the table and slid them into the middle and it scratched the surface! I was shocked. Any movement will mean a mark. Any warm plate will leave a white ring. Needs to seriously go back to the drawing board and refinish!

Worst purchase ever!

Buyer beware! Like two other reviews on this table the table top finish shows everything. Set a plate down filled with warm food and you will have a white ring there for days. It never looks clean always cloudy. Thought we were buying a quality table and that our family could enjoy for years, but that was not the case.

Horrible finish on top

We loved the look of this table. I read reviews about people having a cloudy film develop on the surface. We got the table anyway. I was really careful with the table, and made sure to clean it with the recommended cleaner each night. But we still had the cloudy film develop. We don’t use dishes that are rough on the bottom, and we don’t leave wet glasses on it. I contacted the store we bought it from. They sent someone out to look at it, and said it should be covered by the manufacture warranty. But a few days later I got a message telling me that the manufacturer claims it is the user’s fault. I babied this table. Now I’m stuck with a new table with a big cloudy film on it.

Worst Table Ever

Do you like to clean your table? Do you occasionally place hot things on your table using a hot pad? Do you place cups that sweat on your table? Do you want to actually use your table for anything other than decoration? If your answer to any of the above questions is "yes", do not purchase this table.

Disappointed... Screws randomly fall out

Disappointed... The table has stripped screws, poor quality and quality control. Have had the table for approx one month and screws randomly fall out

Beautiful table!

This table is so beautiful. It's fits well in my kitchen and creates a warm feeling when you walk in the kitchen. I am thrilled with my purchase and feel like the table was a great price for the quality!

The first table was damaged, but we got another one within a week. The distressed look is perfect.

Great quality!

Great quality great value..Gives my dining room a beautiful rustic look .. I purchased two additional chairs I have the extended leaf on ..my dining room is rather big and this table is perfect for entertaining also great for casual dinner not overly formal.. You can also hide the leaf within the table snaps in at the bottom for easy storage.

This table is gorgeous but made poorly its finish is made out of mango which is super soft my table has many damages due to the softness of the wood returning table to buy a new one

This table is very sturdy and looks beautiful in our home.

Classic Table Design

Love my table and chairs. The wood is distressed on the top, and it is soft - those are my only complaints. When my kids do their homework on it, you can see their writing impressions on the table. It isn't as durable as I would like, but I love the color, the sturdy legs, the built-in leaf storage, and how it expands to a large long size. I love the dark color. I love the sturdy chairs, but their fake leather is not very durable. They are already worn after only 14 months. It's a beautiful table set overall!

Love this set!

We purchased the table with 6 chairs and 2 matching bar stools for our kitchen island. We are very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of these pieces. We also purchased a custom glass top as we have done for all previous kitchen tables to help with easy cleanup and to prevent any scratches on the wood. We get tons of compliments and people usually ask if everything was custom made. We really like the idea of the hidden leaf. It is so nice not having to store it like the table on our dining room. I would recommend this set to anyone who wants something beautiful and functional.
