Needed a better hand blender that works! Also many details on this mixer made it more efficient and built to last. For example, the cord goes out the side not on the bottom when you need to set it down! Small details that make a big difference. Works great i love it!

Lumps in deviled eggs and mashed potatoes. And not powerful. I now have to purchase another brand hand mixer who gets the job done.

Very awkward and hard to maneuver. The eject button requires in inordinate amount of pressure, at an awkward angle. I did figure out that if I put the eject button on the counter upside down and press on the unit, it works. I'm glad because it's quiet and good for cookie dough and did not want to get something else. The on off button is ok, but the power up and down also would be better with a button instead of a mushy spot, also you have to start over at the low speed every time you turn it off to scrape the bowl or add ingredients. If your hands are pretty strong and/or you are a patient person, you might like the good parts.

Bought to replace a 20+ year old hand mixer. This mixer is light weight yet has enough power to handle dense brownie batter with no problem.

Great hand held mixer. My daughter does lots of baking and we do have the large kitchen aid mixer but we find the convenience of this hand held one makes it our "go-to".

This mixer is the best I’ve ever had. It’s sturdy, well-made, easy to use, and offers multiple settings for use in a variety of cooking applications. The only thing I’d add is a storage container to hold beaters and whisk, perhaps one that snaps on the bottom of the mixer to keep everything easily accessible.

I bought this hand mixer for my husband. His mother's hand mixer bit the dust and he was looking for a new one. He has been really happy with the one he has now. He uses it all the time. Kitchenaid has always been our go to for any appliance.

I bought this for my daughter because I have had mine for 15 years and I love it. I have a countertop mixer also but this is my go to mixer. My daughter has a countertop mixer also but she didn't have a handheld. She is happy with it and can take it with her when she goes to gatherings out of town that she plans to cook at.

Great Mixer

This is a terrific mixer. It’s quiet, efficient and just a pleasure to work with. This is a replacement for my original Kitchen Aid, which is quite old and still working. The new one is much lighter to hold but still very sturdy.

very plastic in feel. not substantial.

I tried it and it works okay. disappointed in the length of the beaters and everything else is so much plastic, does not feel like it will last as long as my old one. which I gave to my granddaughter, she needed a hand mixer. So I thought a new one would be great. not so. will use this until I find an alternative that meets my needs sense of worthiness.

It is not as good as my previous electric hand mixer which I had for 30+ years. It does not seem to be as powerful. Also, I do not like the on-and-off switch which is awkward to use.

Love the new design of the beaters, easy to remove and clean. Love the weight and handling of the unit. Motor is also much quieter than my old unit. The control buttons are not easy to get to or use. I do not have long fingernails. If I did, I wouldn't be able to use them at all. Trying to get used to them since I like everything else, but they are a real challenge. Better to have controls that stand away from the unit than a small screen that needs to be accessed just right to get more speed.
