[Rewarded Review] Run around

So i ordered this havent put it together yet. But the shipping company xpo sucks they screwed up and brought a semi with no liftgate we countless hours try to get it straighted out finally xpo shipped it back with a lift gate then there policy is to drop it off at the end of the driveway its 450 pounds

Overall, I this will be a good purchase. However, the price isn't worth the work involved in assembling it. My advice is to hire professionals to assemble it. Directions and instructions not as clear as they need to be. Also, some parts aren't clearly label and delayed construction.

It took longer than expected to receive the swing set , but we had it put together and it’s great! Nice quality wood and super sturdy!

I like the play options it has. I don’t like the construction of the swing portion , it should be made sturdier. It didn’t meet expectations. I had to call several times to see when it was being shipped

Thought this would be a fun activity for the kids to while outside. The playset arrived and the directions given did not match the numbers on the boards to put it all together, had to messure every board to line up with the directions. Missing screws and other hardware. The wood itself is very soft and not sure if this will be a long lasting playset. Overall, not happy and would not buy again.

This swing set is great but the length of the board with the swings could be a little longer. The swings are fairly close together.

I had to make four trips to the hardware store to buy missing bolts. Also instructions would be better if they had a number code that corresponds to the number on the screw bags. Very unclear which were to be used where. Just an overall disappointing experience. The player looks great, however . Delivered over a week late.

missing a few wooden pieces for one of the walls in the tower, and several pieces of wood cracked when being put together

Very pleased with this purchase. My little girl is 7 and it’s plenty big enough for her and lots for her to do on it!

The product was packaged well everything come in undamaged very good. Instructions materials are labeled good it’s very nice product for the money.

missing parts

Missing the blue seat for the glider. Came with the chainrs and yellow part but missing the actual seat. For as much as paid for the swing set thats a little annoying.

Awesome set, issues - only some holes pre drilled, some parts required precision measurement and layout ( not for beginner), hardware packages had reference numbers on them, but reference numbers weren't listed on assembly pages, only screw or bolt description and length. My kit was also missing part of the wind rider. Will see how good customer service is at replacing it.

This swingset is very nice, but it is packed in multiple boxes with multiple pieces. There are hundreds of leftover screws. The instructions are not very clear and it took many hours to assemble over several days. It is made out of cedar and it smells horrible at first until it airs out. But our toddler son loves it, so it is worth all the exhausting work.

Nice playground

Great playground, took me two afternoons to assemble, with a little help from my 11 year old son. Very good, detailed instructions were included. All parts labeled well. My 3, 4, and 6 year old are enjoying it.

After reading all the negative reviews after we ordered this set I was a bit nervous. It was delivered on time and we hired someone to install. With two installers they had it up in about 6 hours. They were only missing 1 board which did not impact install. All the screws and bolts present. My girls love it.

My daughter loves it and we the perents like it as well. What we didn't like is they didn't have the yellow swing and instead of calling and letting me know they sent me the green swing. We liked the yellow one for our littlest girl. We like the play set we just didn't like the replacement swing.
