Perfect showerhead

This shower head is the BEST! It has a fine, soft spray in a broad pattern, a coarse spray in a narrow pattern, or the third setting is in-between the two. All of them feel wonderful, depending on what you want on a given day. My house has low water pressure, and I was worried because the previous shower head (which was the cheap kind) barely had enough pressure to be acceptable. But somehow the pressure from this head is great - I even have to turn it down a bit.

When our old shower head broke we considered all kinds of expensive replacements but couldn't decide. Since we needed one right away, we decided to buy this one while we researched other options.

[Rewarded Review] Excellent, sleek showerhead

I'd been eyeing the Awaken showerhead for quite some time, and when I finally got to try it out, I was not disappointed. It has an unusually sleek and sophisticated appearance given its very reasonable price. And in use, it's truly excellent. I didn't realize that it was a 2.5gpm showerhead, but the moment I turned it on, I could tell it was using a lot of water. Whether that's a pro or a con is up to you, but it certainly makes good use of the extra water flow - there's a lot of pressure in the spray of the showerhead. As with most adjustable showerheads, you'll probably find one of the settings preferable. It has a wide-set spray, a high-pressure center jet, and a combination of the two. I like the wide-set spray the most, as it provides somewhat of a "rain shower" experience.

Delivers three distinct sprays - wide coverage, intense drenching, or targeted. Wide coverage has a good amount for what you'd consider "everyday use", basic showerhead stuff. The intense drenching is just that, it's a forceful stream of water and the targeted is great for sore muscles. There is a tab on the showerhead to transition from the 3 different sprays. Super easy to install, simply take the old one down, add a little teflon tape, screw in the new showerhead. Whola!, you're done. The spray nozzles cover the entire area of the sprayhead, which was good to see. I would recommend this showerhead to anyone looking for a multifunction feature at a good price.

At 2.5 GPM, this shower head delivers more GPM than most others which often are rated at less than 2.0 GPM. This means more water coming out of the shower head resulting in increased pressure.

This has got to be the best shower head that I have had in some time. First of all, it was super easy to install. Just make sure to use the plumbers tape to avoid any leaks. The multi function spray option is awesome with having 3 settings. My favorite is the targeting spray which is great for rinsing the soap off your body and the shampoo out of your hair. However, the intense spray is so great for relaxing the muscles and makes you feel like you are actually getting a massage. Works great. The material of the product is lightweight hard plastic but feels like it will last a long time. There is a screen inside that catches any type of junk that may come through and this will need to be cleaned out every once in a while to make sure you get even water flow, but will help to prevent any damage to the actual shower head. Love it. Great investment.

A Really Enjoyable Shower Head To Use.

The shower head has a lever for three distinct sprays. One will cover most of your body with a gentle spray. Then there is the intense spray which relaxes your muscles without being overbearing. The last is the target spray, good for rinsing your hair, this comes out hard, really hard. Water flows at 2.5 gallons per minute, to help conserve on water. The irony is that the intense spray is so good you will want to stay in the shower longer than normal, thus negating any potential water you might of saved. The shower head is a very pleasant satin finish, which measures about 4 ¾ in diameter, and is made of plastic. It comes with a screen that will stop any debris from getting into the head thus damaging or clogging it, In addition, the screen will also need periodical cleaning which should be the only maintenance you will ever need to do.
