Missing pieces. It was disappointing that we did not receive a left handle or the drain. We are still waiting to receive the pieces from the manufacturer.

Bad Drain

I bought this faucet for my washroom renovation. The faucet looks good. However the drain is a disaster! It's so tight to operate. The bottom part gets stuck with the bolt used to mount the faucet. Popup drain should be used . I have thrown the package because I didn't expect such a bad experience with Kohler's product. Now I am stuck. I may have to purchase a popup drain to replace the one coming together with the faucet!

Fixed Supply Lines Too Short

Please be aware that the water supply lines are permanently attached, which may be fine BUT they are only 22 inches long!!!! My standard vanity needs longer lines like all standard vanities do. In order to install this faucet, I needed to purchase two more water lines. Of course, this makes the lines under the sink extra long since you can't buy 4 inch extenders. What were the engineers at Kohler thinking??? I have three other Kohler bathroom faucets that didn't have this problem. Bummer!!

This faucet replaced a two handle faucet that was pitted and looked awful. A plumber replaced it for us. It looks very nice, is easy to use and works well. The base plate covers the extra holes in the sink that are not needed. Fingers crossed that it stays good. water marks clean easily.

The Kohler Elliston faucet was the perfect solution for my new pedestal sink. The single handle leaves plenty of space on the sink, especially compared to the previous dual handle faucet. The fit, finish and function were all perfect. Very easy to install and works like a champ, and the price was great.

Pop up drain stopped working in less than one year

The drain control was flimsy to begin with... controlling the drain opening was difficult from the very beginning. However, now, less than one year from installation it became stuck. Now I have to call a plumber to disassemble the drain to get the sink unplugged. I regret buying this cute, but flimsy sink faucet, it gave me too much trouble...

My siblings and I are renovating our parents 2 bathrooms as a Christmas/birthday/ Anniversary present. The smaller of the two is the size of a broom closet. I was able to purchase a small sink and faucet from home depot. Initially we weren't sure about it, but once it was installed we loved it! What I mostly love is that it stands taller than most single lever faucets with a 4 inch opening and the price was great for a Kohler faucet.

Bought this to replace my leaky faucet that was old and outdated. This was a "Deal of the Day" when I bought it so I got it just about half off. I really love it. It's easy to clean, didn't take long to install. The only odd part is functioning the drain. The pull is difficult to reach.
