Bad customer service

This item had a manufacturing defect and the company would not send a replacement part. I had to return the complete frame. What a same, this was not my first Zinus product, but it was my last. Terrible customer service.

Not my first Zinus product. bought this specifically for a guest room to fit between the window and wall space. No large overlapping pieces, compact but fits mattress great, high quality, easy to install, stylish. Very happy!

Worthless product. I bought 1000$ firm mattress and used on this frame, it will gove atmost discomfort. I would advise to go with full wood based frame

Study and super easy to assemble

Not worth the dent in my floor

Easy to put together but when done correctly the center support that holds all the weight hovers a half inch off the floor and makes a slamming noise every time someone lays down.

Exceeded our expectations!

Very happy with this purchase. We ordered two of these bed frames for our sons. Delivery was very quick despite it being the third week of December, and they were able to assemble them without any issues in about 30 minutes. Everything was included, even a small socket wrench. They are sturdy, good looking, and there is no squeaking. We also got bins to put under their beds for storage since there’s about 12 inches of space between the frame and floor. They ran led lights underneath for a sleek look!

looks exactly as shown. instructions to assemble were clear and provided all the tools! one person is able to do it! feels very sturdy! modern and stylish! happy with my upgrade . only minor comment is the middle support bar and the leg do not connect fully. the screw isn't quite long enough. once the bed is on though, the weight is enough to keep the leg in place. PS. I would air out the head board if you can, very slight odor in the fabric.

It has been two years that i have bought it,its a strong platform and its easy to build and its in a great price and the ting that i like about it that u have a lot of stuff under it if you don't have a lot of space in your room.

Had it for two years

What I dislike——It’s extremely difficult to put just the top of the bed by it’s self. Maybe if it had the base it wouldn’t move as much. I have to constantly fix the wooden slates as much as I can or else the bed sags in the middle.

Just what I wanted

I'm impressed with this bed so far. It was very affordable, looks nice, and seems pretty sturdy. My bed makes zero noise now; replacing a creaky old box spring and frame has made me question why I didn't do this sooner. Can stack two under-bed totes on top of one another and slide under the bed, doubling my storage space
