Product came damaged, Wayfair was able to process a refund and exchange. Desk is nice enough but doesn’t have the best finishes, however it is on the cheaper end.

Looks good once it’s put together but it’s tough to assemble, the directions include multiple models and parts aren’t labelled very well.

For the price the quality wasn't there. Many peices came chipped or the trim pealing off and peices had holes only half drilled we had to drill to be able to assemble.

Beautiful and sturdy desk. Took full day to assemble. Very heavy but doable to put together with a little patience and a second set of hands. The desk height is a little higher than I was used to so needed adjust my chair height but then feet wet not flat on ground. Found a solution but if this may be a concern to you look at dimensions first

I love the desk itself but it was very difficult to put together. There were pieces missing from the original desk shipped. Wayfair sent a replacement which I appreciate but it took having 2 whole desks to be able to create one usable desk. Even after using pieces from 2 desks I still have a damaged desk top bc both had damage from packagingshipping.

Horrible to assemble buy great desk.

Decent quality. Some parts of the desk are cheaply made, however it works just fine.

Super sturdy desk that has more space than I need. I didn't even use the hutch and there is still ample amount of storage room. It was heavy and difficult to put together, I really leaned on my boyfriend's help. Connecting the two parts was the most difficult and even though it isn't perfectly attached, the desk is still really sturdy. I love this desk! It was worth all the effort.

This desk was a pain in the backside to put together! It came in so many pieces and the directions were for three different desks! I was able to figure out which was which and put this thing together ALL BY MYSELF! I HIGHLY don’t recommend doing this, as it took me a very long time. I only did it myself because when I read the reviews of the assembly service on this desk, they were less than good. So I decided to take it on myself. The desk is very beautiful once it’s all together and I absolutely love it! I love puzzles too, so the desk was a challenge, but definitely was not easy, however, I’m still gonna give it five stars because it’s made really well and I enjoyed the challenge

Purchased two of these desks for our home office and they are really great once all put together. One had some fairly significant damage but we're being sent replacement pieces so no big issue there in the end. I know my way around building furniture like this and it still took me hours to put each desk together. Just taking everything out of the boxes was a chore so be ready to really invest a good 3-4 hours if you're handy and 5+ hours if you're not. In the end, we are very happy with these and they should be great desks for many years.

This desk is so nice and fit my needs perfect.

Really nice upgrade from my old desk. Lots of storage, lots of surface space. Can be set 90 degrees from how I have it set up and comes with two sets of instructions depending on how you want it to be arranged. I picked up some clear plastic storage bins at Home Goods to keep things organized. I'd buy this desk again.

This is the desk from hell to assemble!!! Pay the fee for the assembly. It’s worth it. I made a really funny video of me trying to build the desk. If you go to YouTube and search “how to assemble a wayfair desk by melly”, you can watch the video and get a good laugh. Or maybe a cry if you have all the parts scattered all over your house like it was in my case. My friend Tashekia is a superstar and she got the desk assembled but it took over three weeks to get to put together for me to be able to use it.

Long ago came to me damage

Love this desk.! We ordered 2 desks in white and dark brown. Each desk is set up to have both sides reversible. There is a 10-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. One desk did have a large chip on the edge and some bubbling which concerned me. I called Wayfair and they accidentally sent the wrong replacement part and had to request another piece be sent. They made the process very easy to do. Great customer service both times I called them. The other desk has been holding up fine no issues at all.

Perfect desk just what I needed

Very heavy, sturdy desk however putting it together takes much too long so I hired someone to do it and even he struggled and took a while. Also, several pieces arrived damaged and scratched to the point that I feel compensation is merited. Other than that, its a great option and I also sort of feel like I got my moneys worth if the initial issues werent a factor.

Materials are good and light. Plenty of good storage nooks and my computer nestles in just fine. I skipped the back/hutch(?) bit and it's just fine that way too! Glad it's an option though!
