Exactly what I needed for more storage

Added much needed storage to my kitchen and looks great. Assembly was quick thanks their organized, labeled peices and easy to follow instructions. The marble top is heavy and two people are needed for final assembly, at least in my experience. This island is is exactly what I was looking for to create more space in my small kitchen.

I purchased this product through Kohls at Christmas. Great purchase. We were remodeling and set this aside without opening the boxes. Finally put it together April. We discovered the granite top was broken. Shame on you FED EX. Called Crosley and Kayla assessed the situation and solved it. Crosley sent me a replacement top!!! Great service and product!! Thank you so much!!

Good quality "kit"

As a school custodian, I have put together 100+ tables, chairs, desks, bookcases, etc. This kit is one of the best. All the holes lined up, no forcing anything. The only three faults I have are (1) I don't believe it is granite, but a granite looking material, similar to cultured marble for vanities. I expected that at this price point. (2) The measurements listed in the write up are for the entire unit. The top is 18x42, not the 52 I was expecting. The 52" includes the racks on either end. It does show that in a diagram, not in the writeup. And (3), the screws that lock into the twist cams do not have much indent to catch a screwdriver. Be careful not to strip them or insert at an angle. It took 4 1/2 hours to put together, taking my time. Everything was well packaged. Most of the parts and all the hardware were labeled. The pictures in the instructions were accurate, making it easy to see what went where. Make sure you have a large area to lay out all the parts. It can be put together by one person, but two people are needed to attach the top.

Great buy with 40% savings

Very pleased. Cart and marble top crated separately. Lots of parts but well packaged and labeled. Directions perfect. Pre drilled holes aligned. Outside crating of cart parts had considerable damage. Crating appeared to be warehoused for a long time. Satisfied would buy Crosley need to assemble furniture again.

Overall pretty happy with this kitchen island. The granite top polished finish wasn't perfect but the quality and look was actually a little better than expected. I ended up switching the cheap drawer guides with full extension ones which made the drawers much better. Not too bad too put together.

Looks great as pictured

This item was perfect! As pictured! Only a few downfalls. Some pieces wouldn’t screw on. The area was hollow. I called customer Service and they told me they would send me new pieces. Only bad thing about that is... having to wait for them to arrive! I had 2 boxes open with pieces all over the floor. Couldn’t do anything till the replacements arrived 6 days later! I was very upset! But after it was all done I was happy. The granite is really nice. Used it for my little knock area. Holds my coffee machine and other small items.

Stunning, Conversation Piece

Fair warning, this piece takes time and patience to put together. It is definitely a 2-person task, and the granite top that goes on last is extremely heavy. That being said, this kitchen island was worth every penny and every hour spent on assembly. It is absolutely beautiful, and gives me the extra counter space and storage that I needed in a SMALL kitchen (I have a 1-bedroom apartment). I am super pleased. In terms of wood color, I got the mahogany, which appears way darker on the site. However, it looks more like a cherry wood in person, so it matches the rest of my kitchen perfectly. Great piece!
