You can use it in everything and it will not alter the flavor of your dish. This is a very high quality oil and can be used for skincare and haircare as well as in food. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful for crispy potatoes in the oven - doesn't smoke like the olive oil does and a very mild to no flavor attached to the grape seed oil. Love having some on my shelves.
