this lazy boy office chair is awesome. comfortable, well built, easy to assemble and fits my limited space office area to a tea! delivery was on time and assembly instructions were easy to follow and put it together in 15 minutes.
Leather warrantee
I have this chair from another store. The bonded leather is paper thin and peeling badly. I can find no information on the warrantee. This is questionable protection at best. If you have details on this i would like to know more.
Not enough lumbar support
Too soft for me. I need more lumbar support. Nevertheless, it was well made and as advertised

Quality and comfort.
Great quality. Very easy to assemble. I recommend it to those who work from home or study online and spend many hours sitting at a desk. This chair gives excellent support to the back and neck muscles.

The chair is absolutely amazingly comfortable. I want more for my home.
I'm not sure who Wayfair uses for delivery, but my chair arrived in a box that looked like it had survived a role-over accident (see pics). The chair had some minor damage to the base and arms, but I decided to assemble and keep it. The chair is comfortable, with good height adjustment, although I find the seat quite firm.
