Love the chair. I had bought other pieces in the past and wanted to add the chair to the set. Assembly wasn't as easy as I had hoped. Some pieces don't completely line up, and extra screws are not provided. This is a problem when it is easy to drop a screw inside the arm of the chair with no chance of retrieval.

Comfort and durability!

Bought this to match the Serta Laguna Sofa and we LOVE this chair. It is durable and comfortable. We use our patio like a living room and this furniture is great.

These are so comfortable and sturdy. Pretty easy to put together except for one hard to reach bolt. They are also surprisingly light.

This chair is great...very comfy..thick firm cushion...had to reorder as the first chair was missing assembly instructions and hardware...the second chair arrived with a piece slghtly bent...we were able to straighten the metal piece out though

We bought the matching sofa a few years ago and wanted to add another chair. This is a comfortable, straight-forward piece of furniture that was easy to put together.

High Quality Chairs, Poor Quality Cushions

Chairs were delivered sooner than originally promised, which was a plus. The quality of the chairs are excellent. The reason why I gave a 4 star rating is due to the cushions. The back support cushions were very wrinkled when I took them out of the box; the wrinkles don't appear that they will come out. The material of the cushions seem very cheap compared to Sunbrella fabric. I'm not sure they are truly stain and weather resistant. I may break down and buy new cushions for this set.

Sooooo disappointed with this one. We've had luck with this brand before, but this new design is off the mark. The brackets don't fit together properly, the pieces don't align and everything pops out of place. Also, the wicker was damaged, and the bottom footing pieces were broken off, despite an intact box. So sorry that Serta missed the mark on this one. Unfortunately, this is a very large item to return. Wayfair was accommodating (thanks Mike C.), but it was a huge time suck on a July Saturday morning. :(

Love this Chair

We bought this chair and the matching sofa for our recently renovated sun room and could not be happier. It was pretty easy to put together and I was able to do so by myself in less than 45 minutes (both the sofa and chair). A few of the holes for screws too some work to line up but did go in. The cushions are very thick and comfortable. Overall I would buy again!
