Made of plastic material, not metal. Looked cheap and flimsy. Did not use in my masterbath reno. Went out and purchased new ones that were similarly priced but much better quality.

These look nice in visually. only Issue I have and not the fault of the item is the old hardware had horizontal screws and these are vertical so I am waiting for a friend to bring a drill so I can get them installed. I do think the base will cover the holes of the old hardware as well--to be seen.
