Super comfortable and easy to put together

I love this chair. I put it together by myself in about 15-20 minutes. It is very comfortable. I purchased a cover from Coverstore because it is in an uncovered area outside, and the cover works great.

Great quality, easy to assemble. Came in the time frame promised. Well packaged and put on a pallet wrapped with plastic. No missing parts. Very impressed.

Pilot holes are drilled incorrectly; product is unassemblable and therefore completely useless

Received two of these and one sofa version as well. All three products I received had mis-drilled pilot holes on the frame which render the product unassemblable.

Attractive and Durable

Heavy, durable, attractive. I expect this to hold up well in the outdoor elements as my other poly furniture has! Cushions are very soft and comfy/high quality. Easy to assemble but a two person job only because the furniture is so heavy. A power drill will make it faster. I also like that the seating isn't a straight back, it leans back a little, which is why I ordered this style. The arms are low and wide and comfy.
