HIGH QUALITY
The packaging was minimal but adequate for the parts supplied. The parts were machined well and finished in a lustrous burgundy color. Assembly was easy, with clear instructions and high-quality hardware. A screwdriver was the only tool required.

This is an extremely handsome furniture accessory, and the construction/engineering is a DIY education in itself - very easy to assemble with just a Phillips screwdriver and a tack hammer. Finish is excellent. My only holdback in rating this item with five stars is its height - my previous silent valet was 51 inches tall while this is closer to 42 inches, as were all similar valets.
My husband loves it!
He just needed something to put his clothes on and this doesn't take a lot of room.
