Uptown sofa condition

First of all let me start off by saying the uptown sofa itself is comfortable. Now the condition that I received it in the multiple times I had to return it or get it serviced is another story! The very first delivery of the uptown sofa I had received had a tear in the armrest on the seam. I don't know if this was from the delivery guys dragging it across my porch and through the door or if it left the manufacturer like that? So they sent a technician out and we decided just to have it replaced because we didn't think the sewing job would solve the issue. So the replacement sofa they sent out had a dust cover that was coming off on the bottom and the delivery guy said he can send another replacement for the first replacement! So when we received the second replacement there is a stain on the armrest!!! Now we have to wait for another technician to come out and try to service the stain!!! I'm highly disappointed in Gardner-White and just totally disgusted with the quality of merchandise I have received! I did not think it would be this difficult to receive a sofa in good condition!? I would like a full refund for the sofa for all my waiting and damaged merchandise I have received!!! This is highly unprofessional and ridiculous!!! Gardner-White needs to better train their employees and do better quality inspections!!!!

Ya get what ya pay for.

This couch was a great deal in the clearance center - $400! But! I’ve only had this couch for three weeks and the back cushions are starting to look lumpy and sagging. Unfortunately, the back cushions don’t detach so there’s no way to flip, fluff or flatten them. (Note to self! Next time, buy a couch with detached back cushions). It does look nice and is comfortable—- but sadly, it won’t last long.

A large well constructed sofa! Highly attractive and comfortable. The back support is perfect for people with lumbar problems. The cushions are firm yet soft to fall asleep and take a nap. The pillows are modern and designed well ! I'm happy with my sofa!
