Theses chairs are very nice. Cushions aren’t as soft as I had hoped but nice all the same. I would purchase again.

I'm pretty sure I ordered the ESPRESSO BROWN not BLACK chairs. Assembly wasn't difficult and ALL the pieces were there. overall nice decor and comfortable too.

not satisfied at all

in the description of items it clearly stated that the chairs where expresso brown finish. well the chairs are black!!!!! the description said nothing about them being black!!! what do I do about that?!!!!!!

Keeping looking

I’ll try to keep this as short as possible.The instructions are horrible, none of the items are labeled. The tool included to assemble the chairs is a nightmare of its own. Good luck screwing the screws in without scratching the wood.Speaking of scratches, most of the pieces were already scratched on arrival!!The packaging was horrible! Thin pieces of plastic for furniture… no bubble wrap or styrofoam. Just plastic.The side pieces for the bottom of the chairs weren’t even the correct size. I spent almost 2 hours alone trying to figure out how to put them in, only to realize it’d never work.After assembling the chairs without the bottom side pieces, I was STILL WILLING TO JUST GO WITH IT- Because the chairs are really cute from the back. I put the seat on, and realize you can’t screw it down. This was the cherry on the cake for me!!! Who designed this “chair”?! One wrong move, and you’ll be upside down in the air with ya legs straight up!Needless to say, I sent the chairs back!!!I’m waiting for my refund as I type. Less

Not recommended

Unfortunately these chairs are not packaged well. All it takes is a little mishandling from Fedex and the parts get scratched, chipped and even broken. It also doesn't help that the finish quality is consistently poor. The backs generally needed more sanding before the finish. There are other areas as well that were not finished very well and are rough. The price was good and a few blemishes might have been ok, but after finding finding so many problems we just returned all 8 chairs. On the instructions, they are not great and the parts are not individually labeled but one is able to figure it out.

Low price, decent quality.

3.5 stars. They stink right out of the box, like oil paint. Maybe be cautious if you have a dog or baby that likes to gnaw in stuff. The instructions are typical DIY assembly. It comes with a hex key, but I suggest a ratcheting screwdriver with a hex bit and a Phillips head bit for easier assembly. the biggest difficulty was the thin cross bars! They point in different directions by design, but aren't labeled at all, so it was a lot of trial and error. If the crossbar doesn't fit, don't force it because you probably have the wrong one. And be prepared to eventually recover the seats one day if you have kids. I will also purchase felt pads for the feet, they leave paint dust everywhere

Took forever to put together! Almost returned product to store. Instructions very vague and screws with hexagon head w tool very tedious. If u have 3 hours to waste they look pretty.
