Complete junk and very poor customer service. For starters, the controls barely work at all. Least responsive buttons I've ever encountered, by far. But that's the least of it. The unit constantly malfunctioned, froze up continually, ruined untold amounts of food, and it took many months of complaining, begging, threatening to finally get help. They sent a new unit. Guess what? It's every bit as bad as the first one. This is a garbage product sold as a high end luxury item. We designed our kitchen around it and it's been a thorn in our side for two years now. Horrible product and company. Beware.
