This is such an amazing tool! Love it.
Thanksgiving 17lbs cooked 400° for 3 12 hrs . Moist tender browned on top perfectly!!! Great taste with plenty of liquid for gravy!!!
This baker is perfect for a turkey up to 15 lbs. I have been bringing my turkeys the last few years but I didn't have time this year and simply used the baker. I was surprised at how juicy the turkey turned out without brining and I am now going to have turkey more often. BTW a 15 lb stuffed turkey just fit so I don't recommend going bigger than that. It also fits 2 roasting chickens very nicely as well as 6 lamb shanks. So not just for turkey at my house.
My roaster came on time. Very well packed. It is a very good size. I have never cooked with clay before so I'm hoping it cooks well. I am impressed with the size and weight.
