Shocking standard

I wasn't going to review as I don't like being negative but I kept getting emails asking me to plus the chance to win some money. It took me around two hours to put this half together before realising that I could go no further without a drill, which I didn't have...I then had to spend another hour taking it all to bits and trying to get it back in the box (thank you Duck-tape) I called to ask to return it and was asked to take pictures of the fault, which I refused to do as I wasn't going to unpack and try to pack the monstrosity again. It took another 4 phone calls and many emails before this massive box was picked up which dominated my kitchen for a week. Checking other reviews from this company it seems it's a common problem which really should be checked before sending items out. I'd also add that the planter has no bottom to it which I found strange and that definitely wasn't made clear in the advert.

Flimsy and poor quality

Flimsy and poor quality - the wood split in 3 places and wasn't substantial enough to support my climbing passionflower
