The rack looked great per the photos online. Upon arrival it appeared larger than I anticipated so I wasn't certain it would work for my needs. The packaging comes with nice visual examples for many unique uses, but unfortunately all the text description was written in Japanese, and I was a little confused about how to use the item. I was about to send the item back and then I took a harder look at the visuals and started playing with the rack consistent with the examples. So thankful I didn't execute the return as the rack is absolutely the most clever kitchen accessory I have ever seen. It can be rolled in half to use as a smaller footprint or rolled up entirely for storage. Also, the rubber ends can be easily removed and replaced which allows pieces of the grating to be changed up for customization etc. I am very pleased I took a few minutes to study and appreciate the many options. I will be ordering more to give as unique Christmas gifts!!!

Too small to be useful.

I returned this because it just wasn't that useful

Works well with my small apartment and farmhouse sink.

I have a dishwasher but do wash some items by hand, like my water glasses which have decals that wouldn't survive trips through the dishwasher or my Ozeri pan. So useful, then rolls up small for easy storage when not in use.

Easy to use and fits perfectly over the sink. So nice when there is just a small amount of dishes to be done.

Life changing

This handy little rack has really improved my routine. Every morning I rinse the coffee maker parts and lay them on this rack to dry.

Really nice but...

It’s really nice and looks great. However it isn’t as useful as I thought it would be. Plates don’t stick into that easily and it actually makes me feel uncomfortable falling off. Very aesthetically pleasing though for my kitchen 😬

I absolutely LOVE this drying rack! It gives me additional space to put things (in my very small kitchen) by utilizing a portion of the sink. I use it each and every day, and at Christmas, gifted one to a friend. It's sturdy and well-made, just like everything from Yamazaki.

Best kitchen invention

This folding drying rack is AMAZING! I absolutely love it! It rolls right up and doesn't use up any space!! I actually have it over my sink as we speak. It is a good size. The only thing I will say... it advertises you can stand plates in the slots to dry... nope.. either mine are too heavy or something.. they just tip right over and it rolls up on itself. Other than that I still love it! Best purchase.

Love it, except for one thing

What I love about this specific roll-up drying rack is that it’s aesthetically more pleasing than others in the market. The rods are simple metal, rather than being coated in silicone (which I think looks a too bulky). I also love the shorter rods in between rows, which allow for standing small dishes upright. *However,* I think the description and pictures are a bit misleading on this front — it is not possible to stand a dish upright on it’s own. You must put a mug or small bowl on the side and allow the standing dish to lean onto the mug or the bowl. Without something to lean it on, the plate simply falls over. I still love the ability to stand up plates by leaning them, which most other racks can’t do at all without the short rods. But it’s just worth noting that you shouldn’t expect to stand any plates on their own.

A great trying rack

High quality materials, easy to use and store. Only downside is removing a slat to accommodate faucet hardware (which is an ingenious design) leaves a large opening. (This has been awkward for two kitchen sinks)

Not Sturdy

This is not heavy or sturdy enough to hold up plates (despite the photo showing it can do so). It was unable to hold up even our smaller plates, does not function as a dish drying rack.

It’s a wonderful help .

It’s a wonderful help . I keep it across one side of my sink and it’s great for drying glasses....as well as cleaning fruit and vegetables. Tee
