This is LARGER than it appears.

The stand is beautiful unfortunately it is horribly packed. The branch I received was cracked through the trunk making it unsafe for any of my birds to use. In the box the heavy trunk is paced right above the tray and I think because of the heavy weight of the branch, it caused damage to the tray. IF it was packed properly it would have been a 10 out of 10 but now, I'm waiting for replacement pieces. I really think Wayfair needs to package things with much more care. It would prevent waste of money, time and lesson their carbon footprint.

The company said on the order form that “ you are getting a bird cage, perch and cage handle”. Well, they were partly correct. I did receive the bird cage. However, I did NOT receive a perch, or the handle for the cage. I would STRONGLY suggest that if you buy this cage, that you check ALL the contents, and make certain they are included. I was cheated out of parts of my order. C. Jamison

Exceeded my expectations my White Bellied Caique is trying to get use to it. I keep it in my living room on top of a table to give it height.

a little dinged up by just what I needed

Wayfair again has done an outstanding job this company is totally focused on making certain their customers are completely cared for. I ordered this item yesterday, it arrived before coffee this morning. The box was damaged and the item was protruding. There is a chip on the price of wood that was sticking out of the box. They had me upload photos of the damage gave me options to resolve the issue and this was all accomplished in under 5 minutes.

Exactly as shown in the advertised photo. Arrived in suitable packaging. Lots of perch areas for your parrot.
