Great packaging -poor customer service

I received the ornate mirror on time. The packaging was pristine. However, the beautiful mirror did not go well with my decor so I decided to return it. I received a return label but was unable to reach a live representative. I called and emailed only to find out that the numbers and emails listed on the website all

Am I not seeing it?

Why is there no mention about what the mirror frame is made of? It’s beautiful certainly but I would need to know what it is made of. Can anyone help?

Beuatiful product. Excellent and carefully packaged. Fast shipping. I bought 2 of the same gold mirrors for a long empty wall, to match our chandelier. I bought a used one with minimal damage. I cannot tell at all, they are both gorgeous and look the same.

Exactly what I was looking for, we have a very small bathroom, this small sz fit perfectly. It’s very hard trying to find that baroque style without paying a fortune. Mirror came packaged safe and secure, and is light weight. I love it !

I held a breath during unpacking, keeping into account of some bad reviews however this mirror was by all means packaged with care in mind.. not to mention the mirror itself is such a stunning beauty. Its like walking into a 1950s luxurious hotel down in LA. This piece tells a tale. It tells me "Darlin' I'm a five star b**tch and I'm ready for my close up" ðŸ˜

I wish it had a different finish...

I gave this 4 stars because the company seems very consciences of the quality and packaging but the finish is very matte and so it looks cheap. I would rather see a glossy, piano white, lacquer finish to give it that wow factor! With a glossy finish it would catch the light in the room and really make a statement. I will keep them because the price was so affordable.
