Worse purchase ever

First , I ordered 3 bags of big rocks, they sent me 2 big pebbles and one bag of small/ chip sized. The next day I put them in the garden / by mistake I did not realize the size only after I emptied the bag/the chip size began to turn yellow. In a week the big ones also turned yellow. Now after 3 weeks they are brown. I called Lowe's customer service telling them about the situation and that I wanted a refund for the bag of small pebbles. They said that since I already used them I have to go to the store with the bags and they will either issue me a refund or give me a bag of big rocks. At the store after I waisted 20 minutes explaining to different persons my issue, I was told that is the Fedex that has to give me a refund since the bags came from the distributor even if I ordered them from Lowes. Makes absolutely no sense. Thank you Lowes for stealing my money. I will NEVER purchase anything from you again.

The rocks were used as part of our small landscaping projects in our yard. The Rain Forest Snow White Pebbles are the best and outstanding. Specifically, I have used these rocks for better drainage and surrounding our gutter spouts. No breakage of the rocks and no excessive bottom dust in the bags.

Who wants garden rocks that are covered with a chalky substance that comes off when you touch them? What a disaster it would have been to put them outside when they would get wet and the chalky substance would get all over.

A lot of these were disappointing mixed bag lot! There were a whole lot of 1”inch pebbles in these bags, which were not expected to fit my projects.

Unfortunately, this was not what I needed. White beach pebbles at Home Depot is apparently not in season.

The rocks are in the good place!

The stones came covered with a powdery substance. Within days the white stones turned a dirty brown. Washing them does not remove the brown coloration. Very disappointed!

Don’t buy from Lowes online!

I ordered four 30 pound bags of white rocks/pebbles and only received three 10 pound bags. When I called the Lowe’s 800 customer service phone number I was on hold for 25 minutes and then the overseas customer service representative who didn’t speak very good English told me I’d have to wait for the fourth bag to arrive before I could call them back and request some kind of credit. Well; the fourth bag never arrived!!!! Now what am I supposed to do???

Nice stones

These rocks are great for landscaping. Use them around my planters. Really makes them stand out. Stay white even after many rainy days.

Second time I have ordered these stones. They are very white and large. Placed on top of cobalt blue container.

I love these rocks I love the size the size was a great size as well. And the color was rich would buy again.
