Do not stick

I bought two of these hooks and neither one of them stuck to the wall. They both fell within minutes of being put up. This was even without anything hanging on them.

Ease and stability of product.

I’m a quilter and have rulers and hoops and these hooks work great. And they are mounted on painted cement block. I’ll be putting up more.

Deliberately purchased an expensive brand, couldn’t have been more mistaken. After applying as per instructions, the hook shifts freely and comes apart. Hard to believe this is a 3M product - where’s the testing?

I like command hooks, they’re perfect for hanging Christmas decor, or just a regular towel in the laundry room. They are very durable and the holding capacity it is excellent!

I like hanging these hooks in my entry way so my kids can easily hang up their jackets and backpacks. For being so easily removable, they hold a lot of weight and actual look really nice in the room. I like that they don’t leave any lasting marks when I do remove them to change their places!

I would buy these again and follow the great suggestion

It worked perfectly thanks to the helpful hint of the salesperson who said to wipe the cinder block wall paint with an eye glass cleaner before installing the hook. That worked great. Thank you.

Great item for quick set up and easy removal.

Love the versatility of this item. Can be used to hang many different items- especially brooms or mops. Easy to remove if no longer needed.

So far, the adhesive strips have held. I have purchased many packages of defective strips. The hooks are always great....trying to use other adhesives to hang them, since the hooks are perfect for the job.

I thought the silver hooks might look cheap but I was pleasantly surprised. I put three on the outside of the closet door in my bathroom and they closely resemble the color of my silver nickel hardware.

Very attractive, practical and useful Command designer hooks. Love them.

Used in the shower where water would come in contact and was hoping they would add a shower sprayer holder for the kids that is lower than the 6ft holder. Works perfectly and couldn't have been better. The strength of the straps and velcro are the best.

I have patio blinds hanging up with Command hooks. I had always used the medium size, and the adhesive always failed within two weeks. Tried the large size and they seem to be holding.

Love putting these around the house! So useful. I use one in the shower for wash clothes and one in the kitchen to hold oven mitts and kitchen towels. They’re sturdy and the brushed metal is a great look. Super high quality.

These command hooks are perfect to hang stuff without making holes in the walls. Try anything from coffee cups in your cupboards to small suspended plants from the ceiling. They make installing anything so easy! The command hooks are study and super easy to remove (without damaging your walls) so if you want to take them down or change them location, it can be done with ease.

Have tried hanging a tv antenna in the window several times. I used two large command hooks because they were supposed to hold up to ten pounds. They didn't ever hold, kept coming lose from the window. I have used suction cups before and they held better than the command product.

Pictures fell off and caused damage to wall

Purchased a few of these large command hooks hoping they would hold up my pictures, within 2 weeks, 2 of the pictures fell off the wall causing damage to the wallpaper which is going to be a costly fix. I’ve sent an email to the command team but haven’t heard yet, wasn’t able to call their phone number from NZ.

It is strong and stays attached. I am using it in a closet to hang clothes temporarily and have hung three or four items on it. The hook has stayed up. Will be buying another one. Do recommend it. Good for up to 5 lbs.

I was extremely disappointed with the Command Large Designer Hooks. Despite their claims of being able to hold heavy items, they were not able to hold up even my light coat. The adhesive backing was weak and the hooks fell off the wall within a few hours of hanging my coat. Additionally, removing the hooks left a sticky residue on my wall that was difficult to clean off. Overall, I do not recommend the Command Large Designer Hooks. They are unreliable and leave a mess behind. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a more sturdy hanging solution.

I hung plastic clock weighing less than 5 lbs. It held one day and then both the clock and the command hook fell to the floor. I don’t need to hang the clock again. It was smashed into a million pieces.

Adhesive stips failure

I bought a pkg of 18 Value pack clear mini hooks. never opened. when i opened them the adhesive stips had no stick. they were all brittle??
