WAY too small and insufficient ventilation even for my 2 hens. And the wood is paper thin. It is sitting in the backyard next to the bigger coop I had to buy.

Actually surprised it was much larger than expected even knowing dimensions. Easy assembly and easy to follow instructions. 3 nesting boxes inside (I was expecting 2) and very roomy. Only flaw is lack of latch or lock keeping nesting box lid closed. I also replaced the wood turn latches on doors with stainless steel bolt locks. Using as secondary nursery coop for broody hens and hatching chicks. Great for price!

Good Priced Coop

This coop is larger than I expected and easy to add on to. It took about an hour and 20 minutes to assemble by myself, everything was marked with numbers and letters, steps were laid out nicely. A nice starter coop that, with an extended run, can easily fit 4-6 chickens depending on their size.

Beautiful home

This coop is wonderful for the price. The actual house area is big enough for 6 hens but you could never leave 6 hens with just that run, you need to make an add on. Plenty of space for them to roost but they would go crazy in that small run all day. We are using it for our quarantine coop for the new chickens we just got and it's more than enough for them, they're bantams. Overall this is the Best Buy in this price range.

Perfect price & Easy to build

Super easy to build 90% of the holes are predrilled so all you have to do is line everything up and put the screws in!! Make sure to have a power screw drill makes it a lot faster took 20 mins to build and the chickens love it!! Gonna buy a second one.

I was so impressed with the way this was made and ease of putting it together that it deserves 5 stars for that alone. No substandard pieces of wood or fabric, predrilled holes and all the hardware make this a great product. The only negative would be 1) the single sheet of instructions still left a couple of trial and error steps to figure out. A suggestion would be that since the instructions show the panels and designate them with letters; "a", "b", etc. that there be a small sticker or mark on the panels themselves that have the corresponding letter so that they could be paired up with the instruction steps more easily. And 2) once the feeder and water are placed in the run, there isn't much room at all. The ramp takes up a good amount of space and the feeder and water take up a lot of space beside the ramp. I have two 1 year old hens and they seem happy but there just seem too crowded in space. I am planning on adding an additional run on my own. Until then, I just let them out in the afternoons to run in the back yard.

Used as Inside Rabbit Cage

We use this inside as a rabbit home. We removed the nesting box and put a piece of ply wood in its place. I put some felt on the ramp for bunny to easily hop up. I gave it 4 stars only because the tiny wood blocks that are used to fasten the doors split first week. I bought some cheap metal ones and fixed it right up. I wouldn't think this was great for an outside cage against predators (as the wood was very thin), but definitely works for our inside needs. Looks cute in our playroom. (The flooring underneath did not come with cage)

Nice little coop

Exactly as advertised and our 5 chickens fit in it well. We have silkies so they are rather small but maybe 2-3 bigger birds would be comfortable in there. Easy for my husband And I to put together.

The product came within a week. I assembled it within 30 minutes. It looks JUST like the photo. I could say the price seems high but honestly, I wouldn't build one for someone for cheaper. Excellent

Chicken coop for little seramas

Love this little coop for my seramas.going to put a solid bottom on it and raise it off the ground so I can get to it easier. Reinforce wire so it would be harder for predator to pull office. Happy with purchase.

Not a chicken coop here - but a cat enclosure. My son modified the design: removed the nest box and covered that area with hardware cloth, attached 2-2x4's to the deck and attached the enclosure to them. Changed the door 'fasteners' to hook & eye (cat is an escape artist). There's a nice comfty bed inside the little house with a litter box underneath. We were extremely impressed with both the packaging and the attention to detail of all the parts. Directions were good and it went together smoothly. We were finished in a little under 4 hours and that included the time consuming modifications.

Perfect coop for my 3 hens.

Great design, perfect for my 3 hens. It's a bit light weight, but we are using it in the garage as a temporary "vacation" coop, so it is not exposed to the weather. I will coat it with marine poly if I use it outside.
