These are great pans for baking cakes. Cakes baked evenly. I greased and floured them before putting in cake batter. The cakes were then easy to get out of the pans.

I have already used them to make a cake.The cakes dropped right out of the cake pans when I turned them over onto a plate. 2 of then I just had to loosen the edges with a flat knife and they came right out in one piece. All evenly baked.
