This roll holder is okay - not great and not bad. Sturdy and nice looking but could be made easier to install. First, contains the biggest wall anchors I’ve ever seen - definitely overkill. I bought smaller ones and used mine. Secondly, the Allen wrench screw to tighten the holder on the mounting plate is a real pain in the neck. There has got to be an easier way… I almost stripped the screw trying to tighten it, upside down, in a tight space. A regular small screw would be a lot easier. Again, it’s an okay roll holder, it looks nice, but installation could have been much easier with a few small design changes

Looks amazing, after a few months of use, it has come a little loose, could probably be better quality for the price but overall, it looks stunning and performs good enough, would be absolutely perfect for a guest/not high use bathroom!

this was exactly what I was looking for to add a modern touch to our bathroom. We found the wall anchors to be quite large and a little difficult to use so we used our own but other than that, very pleased with our purchase

Outstanding toilet paper holder

Well it only took a couple thousand years but someone designed....the rod for TP. No springs with the holder flying all over the bathroom when that spring is in a bad mood. My kids will even change the toilet paper roll when empty. Simple design and looks great!

Horrible product. Stay away

This is the absolute worst piece of hardware. It looks fantastic, but the mounting is terrible. It constantly falls off of the wall. The slightest touch dismounts it and I find myself having to remount it at least every week. Definitely not worth it

Love this style! We are remodeling our bathrooms and the Gatco brand is perfect! While I love the Farmhouse style, this would also work very nicely for a more modern look.

I love this whole line. It is very clean and sharp looking. The pieces seem very solid and look more expensive than they are. I use this to hold a hand towel near the sink since several reviewers said the ring they make is kind of flimsy. It works pretty well for that purpose but could be a few inches longer.

Defect / parts don't couple

I installed two of these in my home. Both had the same problem - the wall mount bracket and the receiver do not couple properly, resulting in an installation that is not 100% flush to the wall and there for not tight. WOULD NOT recommend this product.

Really like this type of holder, as it makes it super easy to change the roll one-handed, which encourages the other people in the house to change the roll! (I'm looking at you, hubby). The black color and the style match my other fixtures, so I was very happy to find something that fit so well.

This looks so much better than the typical two sided TP holder. The matte black finish is great; will go with multiple styles. We use the Kirkland TP and it does not fall off the holder.

Doesn't hold!

I purchased three of these and out of the three two point down. There is no way to tighten them. My advice if you are looking for this style of holder; stick with a single piece vs. two piece construction.

Stylish & functional

Bought this for a remodeled bath in our summer vacation cabinet. Well made, nice style. I would give it 5 stars but the tiny allen wrench provided for installation is a challenge for those of us with reading glasses perched on the ends of our noses.

The quality of the holder is fine but the mounting hardware was a terrible design. The bracket that mounts on the wall behind the holder is too small and is incorrectly angled. So when you tighten the nut with the hex wrench, it never stays fully tightened. I ended up ripping out of my wall (thus damaging my wallpaper) because the nut got lodged on an angle.

Beautiful look and great price

We bought a toilet paper holder, towel bar, hand towel bar and robe hook from this line for a 'budget mini-overhaul' of the kids' bathroom.They're all gorgeous and look phenomenal. A handyman installed them, so not sure how hard that was or not, but he didn't mention anything about it. They seem very sturdy and are super stylish! Love them.

Sagging spindle

We bought this whole series of accessories a few years ago. Still love the look and no probs. with most, but I have just taken the toilet paper holder off for the 3rd and last time to tighten the connection in back because the spindle gradually sinks down to the point the tp is falling off. So I am on here again to buy a one piece holder that won't have that problem.

Looks great but won't stay straight

I purchased the towel, hand towel and toilet paper holder in the brush nickel. Although I've tried may times to reset the toilet paper holder to be secure and straight, it seems impossible... not to mention that trying to screw the tiny screw with the allen key (included) an 8th of an inch from the wall isn't easy... next step, I've been toying with drilling holes through them and screwing them from the outside.
