This rug is just perfect. It's a thicker weave than it looks, but I've got 7 dogs and it stands up beautifully. Also much easier to clean than I thought, even with such a light color

I used three of these in the runner length for my stairs. They look great, but just a word of caution that they are not an equal width throughout. I ended up flipping them around a bit and it all worked out, but keep that in mind if you're attaching more than one end-to-end.

The rug is nice- the color doesn't have any yellow undertones. It is a flat weave, and wool (with cotton), so not very cushy. Even with a rug pad, it doesn't have a sink in feel, which I expected. The only problem this far, is that the rug has unraveled a bit at the edge. I know sometimes fibers come loose, and you are supposed to cut it, however, with it being on the edge of the rug, I am a bit more concerned. Time will tell.

This was in preparation for house guests. So embarrassing when it was unwrapped and someone said it smelled like a barnyard remnant. I have to agree, it smells. I don't know if it was damp in transit and it's mixing with the wool fibers, but I will have to consider returning if the stink does not dissipate soon.

I love this rug, color and texture is great, but the stripes are very crooked and off center. As you can see in the photos, one side stripe is about 25 inches form the left side and the other is over 35 inches form the right side and the other two corners are 24 and 37 inches...So do I put my table crooked on the rug, or the stripes off center? I love it, but it just looks weird and messed up.
