Best customer service I've had in years. I ordered this sectional in early May 2024 but did not assemble until late August 2024. I was missing 2 sections and reached out to Lausaint and they shipped me the items in 2 days! Amazing

I'm happy surprised considering this came from TEMU! Exactly as pictured. Only slight misalignment on one of the corner couches but the rest of the couches worked out perfectly. Would definitely recommend. Hoping it holds up for at least a year or two!

Coming from someone who thought Temu was sketchy… I decided to get this patio set after finding it on Amazon. Amazon messed up the order, so I looked elsewhere. Found it on Temu for $100 less, by the same brand, and with good reviews. I’m absolutely impressed!! This set is amazing and I finally have NICE furniture that didn’t cost an arm and a leg!!! (Don’t mind the dog paws on the footstool cushion) :)

Disappointed

The furniture is pretty but its too low to the ground and the cushions are not very thick. The back of the furniture does not come up very high causing it to be uncomfortable.

Pleasantly Surprised

I am extremely happy with this purchase. The pieces are all sturdy and manufactured well! I was worried about cushions slipping but they all have anchors so you don’t have to worry! I would highly recommend this set to complement any outdoor space.

Missing important pieces

We ordered this sectional and have yet to receive it all. The quality of what we received is great, but would be nice to enjoy it when a is put together. I blame Fedex because I believe they forgot to put one of the 3 boxes on the truck. According to Fedex, the missing box hasn't moved in 8 days!! I've called 3 times and no change.

This is so comfy, I wanted my living room to look like a sun room. This is so comfortable, the cushions are thick enough. It is a classy piece of furniture and at an amazing price. I shopped for a long time. We put tacky shelf liners under the cushions to hold them in place and zip tied the modular pieces together underneath to hold them together. You want regret this purchase.

This is a great buy. I like the design, and the quality is good. Pillows are firm and comfy to sit on, and, hold the shape. The fabric is somewhat water resistant. Therefore, it is not soft to the touch. But in my opinion it is a mayor plus that minor stains and dirt can simply be wiped off with a wet rag. It is usually a challenge to keep outdoor furniture clean! I expect this set to last me for years. Converted one ottoman into a table, and, I love the versatility this set provides.

Literally the only downside to this beautiful set is that the cushions slide around without any way to attach them. I'm going to have to use Velcro to keep them in place. Otherwise, great!

Very happy

I ordered this sectional after a lot of searching around. It arrived within 4 days, the 6 piece comes in 3 boxes. It was easy to put together and is very high quality. I've had this for almost a month and the cushions seem to water/stain resistant. Water just beads up on them and my dog has jumped all over the white cushions with dirty paws and has only left one mark which easily came off with soap and water. My husband, who normally comes home covered in dirt and grim from his job, fell asleep on the sectional and left no dirt. We like to turn it into a day bed by having it in an L shape couch with 3 pieces on one side and 1 on the other, then pulling the two ottomans in against the opening. It's perfect for nice mornings. Two people and a dog can fit on it when it's like this. Overall great purchase
