POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP

I purchased this Comforter the end of July, never used until the end of October. I washed it the seems ripped. Out of my money & a comforter. I've been shopping at Macy’s for over 30 years and never received anything like this.

I purchased this comforter after reading the reviews. The color was perfect. After opening I knew it was going to need some time to air out. I washed the comforter but to no avail it remained flat. I’m so disappointed and feel deceived.

Smooth and fluffy

After the first wash the comforter retains its quilted pattern and smooth soft feel. It drapes nicely at the foot of the bed for extra warmth when needed and doesn't fall off easily (stays in place on top of a bed cover).

bait n switch

I would expect something like this from TEMU not macys. Looks nothing like the picture that is displayed on your website and is complete garbage. It’s super thin and cheap looking. If I could give no stars I would have.

Bedding connoisseur

Love this blanket! Beautiful, soft and warm. It is everything you would want in an alternative down blanket. It is a must have in your bedding collection.

Shameful product for Macy's name

Nothing like the photo listed, with vendors like these you will ruin your reputation. I have pictures of what was received. This was supposed to be a gift and it was embarrassing and upsetting. I trusted in the Macy's name, not knowing we would received something that looked purchased thru WISH website.

Alternate down comforter—misleading quality

I was terribly disappointed. The comforter was cheaply made, and filled with thin batting! Of course I returned it. I’ve never had a problem with anything I’ve purchased with you- in person, or online.

Be Aware of this affiliate!

If I could give a zero I would. Buyers be careful of this seller. This comforter is sold by an affiliate. So the comforter itself was not all that bad but it wasn't eep navy it was more like a rusty navy. This was the reason for my return. I returned to macy store they examined and packaged. Yhey have to send back to the seller and they processed the return. 4 weeks passed, no credit to my macys card. I call macys card service who advised that the seller said the comforter was damaged! Mind you macys returned this for me so if it was damaged they wouldn't have taken this back. Now Macy's tell me they cant return my money but can launch an investigation to contact the seller. So this is bad customer service with Macy's. I am Your cardholder. YOU did the return and seen the comforter but wont refund me. If anything they should have refunded me and deal with these frauds they allow to do business on their site. If indeed the comforter was damaged it happened in processing with macys.

Horrible!

This product was not the size that is advertised. I have contacted Target to have them remove this item from the website, it is several inches smaller in both width AND length. Federal Trade Commission rules require proper labeling/advertisement of an item. This is clearly false advertising. I thought perhaps another reviewer had received an item that was defective, but this is not the case, it is systematic false labeling/advertising. Perhaps all products from CGK Linens should be reviewed for improper labeling.. very disappointing that I had to wait for this item.

Not at all like the photo.

Full/Queen barely covered my queen mattress. Color is significantly lighter than photo. It's very sad that manufacturers just don't seem to care about quality any more, just mislead the customer, take his money, and declare yourself successful.

Not what I thought it would look like

In the picture it looks fluffy and pretty. It was shipped in a small box and wrapped in a sealed bag. It flattened it out greatly. There was no pillow shams with it like most comforters you buy.

Worth it!!

I love it. It's very warm. I get to hot at night so I always throw the covers off. But when I get cold it warms me right up. Fits nicely on the bed. I had a down comforter previously and it seemed like the feathers always went to the bottom of the comforter and you just ended up with material with nothing in it at your head. This so far has not done that. I hope it stays that way. At this point I would say it was worth every penny.
