It seems like a nice pillow, but I do not seem to enjoy memory foam pillow. I like the scrunch up ones better. It smells amazing.

The pillow arrived in a completely destroyed and filthy box. This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased the Lavender Zen pillow, which I really like, but was completely disappointed in this 2nd delivery

Your products are great. I have one question: a few of my beautiful white bath towels have turned pink after one use. I suspect it is a chemical reaction to a specific skin product I had been using. Bleach and laundry detergent have not been able to whiten the towels. Can you offer a solution? Thank you.

This pillow is too flat for me unfortunately. Not only that but it has a chemical smell that overpowers the lavender smell causing a headache. I haven’t been able to sleep on it because of these reasons.

This is a great pillow, and I loved the feel of it. However it did not work for me as being 6’2” and 225, this would have been better with a little more bulk. The reason I say this is because the pillow was just to low for me I woke with a sore neck only because my head was lower then my shoulders. This pillow will work for almost everybody else but just be aware of this issue when ordering.

The pillow is very comfortable, and keeps my head in place as I sleep on my side. I've gotten more deep and REM sleep with this pillow. I would've gotten it earlier, except I had sleep apnea and the CPAP machine filtered out the lavender.

Has an odor that’s not the lavender. Like a memory foam chemical smell. It’s also not very firm and needs more fluff.

I have been looking for the perfect pillow, which is never easy. I finally found it! I love my Sutera pillow. I have chronic neck pain and migraines, so I am really picky about my pillow. This pillow works perfectly. I don't wake up with a migraine or neck pain after sleeping on it. I am so happy I finally found something that works so well. All the memory foam pillows, now, are stuffed with pieces of memory foam. I tried two different ones and they were awful. I will definitely be ordering another one when I need it. I highly recommend this pillow!

I ordered this pillow for myself but then gave it to my husband. His snoring stopped, and he is loving it! He said that it is the best pillow ever! We are so happy that he is having a quality good night sleep with it! We had to order the second one to go for his business trips with him! Thank you, Sutera!

I didn't like the smell. Also, I should have purchased from Amazon instead of buying directly from Sutera. Then I could've gotten a full refund. I think it's unfair and bad form to give people a full refund for buying from somebody else and only partial for buying direct. I've spent several hundred dollars with you guys, but I won't be buying any more Sutera products.

It's a very comfortable and supportive pillow. It's just a small pillow. I'm used to a king sized pillow. If it was king size I would've given it 5 stars.

It was to hard but made a great in between knee pillow . Try to make something like holiday inn pillows. Not good for side sleepers

This pillow is the best pillow I have ever bought. I wake up with no neck or upper back pain. The lavender scent is so amazing and helps me relax. The pillow comforms to my head no matter what position I am asleep. I highly recommend

Wish we had the choice of different sizes instead of just 1 size. I have a king size bed and when you make up the bed it doesn't make up the same way as king size pillows

Unfortunately this pillow sleeps warm for me. I took the cover off and just started using a bamboo pillow case. It has helped some. I like my old cooling pillow better but can’t find it anywhere. It’s a nice pillow otherwise.
