Arrived folded in box and compressed. After a month crease exists and non supportive.
Not as Expected
Never thot these pillows would arrive vacuum packed inside a plastic bag & be as flat as a pancake! Instructions say upon opening to fluff them,& wait 48 hours before using. Not firm. #sweepstakes

I ordered 2 pillows, they were shipped in small rectangular boxes, I didn't even realize these were the pillows I ordered. They were packed so tight and compact, I hoped maybe I could fluff them and they would open up. They did not. I gave it a few weeks, but the pillows are awful, not comfortable at all, and go completely flat as soon as you lay on them.

If you're looking for a pillow with even the least bit of firmness, then this isn't for you. Has an odor to it as well.

The material that the pillow is encased in is soft and woven very well. It is the perfect combination of comfort and firmness!

I like the pillow, and i would probably buy it again if there was more filling in it, and if it was machine washable. the king size i purchased felt like it was filled with the same amount a queen would have been but the case i larger. on the other hand these pillows are machine washable, but this one states it's not.
