Comfortable Pillow

Exactly what I was hoping for. Soft not firm.

Poor quality

I was first surprised how it was shipped. I came in a narrow box and upon opening it was a shrink wraped package I opened and I expected it to expand quite a bit but it did not. Instructions on wrapping said to shake and fluffy . I did this and it did fluff some but it has lumps and bumps through the pillow. It is a poor quality product and I could have done a better job taking a pillowcase and filling it with batting myself..

These are not memory foam. They are a fiber fill and have no memory foam in them what so ever. They are extremely flat and offer no support for head and neck.

This pillow came flat as a pancake - vacuum sealed, so I expected it to fluff up, which it did A LITTLE! Within 2 weeks both pillows (I purchased two) were lumpy, super flat and uncomfortable. A total waste of money.

Nothing like a down pillow

This is a nice well made pillow and probably comfortable on its own but it doesn't fit the description. I thought a down alternative pillow would be similar to a regular down pillow, not so. With the down pillow I'm replacing I was able to squish it up and fold it over to support my neck on my bottom pillow. There is no way your doing that with this pillow. It reminds me more of a memory foam pillow which is not what I wanted.
