Rust
Very disappointed in these chairs, put outside one day, it Very dissimilar in these chairs.I only used the chair one day, it rained overnight the next day rust was on the chair. Unable to reach the manufacturer. QVC offered to exchange or refund, not worth my time and efforts to repackage the chairs yo send back..

Disappointed with Manufacturer
I purchased this chairs for my husband and I. We were happy with the chairs but had a small issue. One of the pillows has fallen apart since it was obviously sown improperly. I contact QVC and was told that we would have to do a return. Since the chairs are large I felt it was a major inconvenience. I contacted the manufacturer (Pure Garden) twice to see if they could send a replacement but they have never responded to either request.

Great chairs except they were too heavy for my daughter (20 lbs. each).
False advertisement
The reason I have the chairs a 1 is because of the false advertisement it said a set of 4 but was only a set of 2. I feel like they should honor their advertisement. Since I complained the first time now they have changed it. Really really disappointed. No issues with them as of yet.
