The package said it was delivered for a day before it actually arrived and it came with the incorrect name on the shipping label. When I finally received it and opened the package, the glass portion was shattered. The information on the Walmart website is essentially useless in helping me figure out how to do an online refund, so now Ill be spending 45 minutes on the phone to get my money back. The frame itself was nice but clearly not very sturdy, hence the four star review, but the process was awful.
I ordered this double white frame for my Granddaughter’s wedding pictures. The frame came promptly. It is a nice quality and I would definitely purchase again.
Design flaw
If you use the frame on a chest it is great. But I want to hang it on the wall and it doesn't hand straight. The bottom hanging frame is half an inch from the wall. I would like if it hung flat to the wall.
Would recommend
I like this 5x7 frame. I put a picture of my grandson and his wife on one side from their wedding. The other side I added their invitation. I think it looks very nice!
The frame was exactly what I needed. I bought it as a gift to my mom. I got it to put my late sister's pictures in it for my mom.
