The chair is defective and shifts as if you will fall down. It is impossible to tighten any more.

Love this gorgeous piece. I buy everything on overstock because the quality is great and they back up their products I love Overstock. This was a perfect addition to my collection. What wonderful quality. I am always thrilled with my purchases here.

Garbage!

The item arrive with pieces of it falling apart. It’s been an entire year and I have yet to receive a replacement.

POOR QUALITY

Do NOT waste your money, these chairs look good, however they fall apart. We put these together with wood glue as well as the hardware provided. The dowels between the legs have broken and fallen off, in under 6 months. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this product. We do not use the chairs on a daily basis and we are gentle with our furniture. I am frustrated and annoyed that I now need to spend hundreds more on chairs. These didn't even make it to Thanksgiving! DISAPPOINTED!!!

Love this bench!

The quality is great and it was easy to assemble. We needed something to fit our taller table and this is perfect. I was going to buy two chairs but the bench is so much better!

Love the bench! Looks great and seems very sturdy. Only downside is that the pieces to cover the screws did not align right and did not fit in. Therefore my husband had to use the dremel tool to shave some of the sides down.

Customer Service and Quality Control

The customer service rep was great in handling my return and replacement of the item due to a defective piece. Any return of any bulky purchase would always be cumbersome for any customers to deal with. But the rep who serviced me made the exchange experience worthwhile.

Need to request parts not received

The bench is what I expected, good looking, good quality, however when I finally went to put the bench together, there were no assembly parts included... no screws no caps for the screws. No way to request parts on this item.

This bench is the perfect for my kitchen table I had 4 chairs but wanted a bench for extra seating an this work great, when I opened up my table more

Overstock sent me a Returned/Broken item

I purchased this bench to expand the seating at my counter height kitchen table. Delivery was a day late, item not in original packaging and was shipped in a "L shaped desk"box. Neither of those were a bog deal until I opened the box. The items were strewn everywhere and broken pieces of Styrofoam were everywhere. The item itself had broken dowels where the stabilization goes into the legs where someone had put it together before and they broke. Really disappointed in Overstock sent this to me in this condition. The item itself is just ok. Dowels are too weak to hold the bench together.

Great Dining Bench

Lightweight, yet study! Perfect expresso color. Very easy to put together took about 30 mins! Easy to wipe clean and has no wobble. I am confident this will uphold against any climbing toddler!
