Pick up was a cluster- the store associate only provided one box regardless of how many times we stated there were two- had to call the store to speak to a manager for them to "find" the other box and complete the bed (the box also said 1of 2)
Love it
We love this bed frame. It looks beautiful and it’s lower profile and simple design is perfect for a smaller room!

It's nice but it moves and creaks. I followed all the directions to a T so I'm not sure what it's causing it.

The bedframe is very nice. However, when it arrived there were no assembly directions and it was missing some hardware. There are no directions for this model on the Baxton Studio website either which made assembly a bit difficult. The new mattress doesn't fit flush to the frame so there is a gap along every side. We've had no problems with the bed now that it's assembled and functional.

Waste.
This bed looks beautiful and when first put together is very sturdy. And even after a very painful beginning of basically every panel being a different shade of stain and receiving the wrong sized headboard (in which our headboard was replaced but don’t have hope in any of the pieces really matching), we would have been fine with getting past that and enjoying our bed. However it’s broken already. Six months later a side panel is splitting. We followed the directions, only hand tightened screws. Me and my husband are both small people, under 5’7”and both under 150lbs. Of course it’s pressed word but so is some of my ikea bookshelves that has lasted years and held more weight in books. I tried emailing customer service but they don’t care about the quality of their furniture once it’s past the initial 30 days. Waste.
Replaced in less than 1 year
It arrived damaged and missing a piece. I called Target to request replacement pieces and they recommended I contact the supplier directly. I requested that they contact the supplier since it was purchased through Target. They did and were able to have the missing piece sent out but were not able to get a replacement piece for the damaged item. Target offered a discount since the item was damaged which I gladly accepted. As for the quality of the bed frame - we started using it in December 2019 and replaced it in October 2020 with a different bed frame. The wood split at two different points of the headboard and at two of the legs. Note: the damage was a large scratch on one of the side boards. This bed frame was a hassle, a disappointment and a waste of money.

The bed was exactly as pictured, very nice quality and solid..not flimsy..fits perfectly in one of the bedrooms of our airbnb.
A beautiful addition to a neutral room!
Loved!! This took my husband and I about an hour to put together.. it takes 2 people!! it fits our room perfectly! The color is just like the picture and the durability is nice.. doesn’t slide on our hardwood and feels safe! Every piece was there that we needed..
