Great light with motion detector & on/off switch

This little light would be great under a cabinet or in my case vertically in a closet (you may not have an electrical outlet handy in a closet). The package says this 18" light gives off 763 lumens which is about the same as a 60 watt bulb so that is plenty of light for either case. The electric cord plugs into a tiny controller (1.5" square & 0.5" thick) . There 3 cords of different lengths to choose from to plug the controller to the light. The controller has a motion detector that is very handy. Put your hand over it and the light comes on. Put your hand over it again and the light goes off. There is a switch on the light if you would rather use it that way. The controller also has a tiny switch for a 3 hour delayed shut off if you forget to turn the light off. For mounting it comes with both self adhesive and clip on brackets that can screwed into the wall or cabinet. With the extra cords you can add more lights either at the end of the light or/and at the controller. The light measures 18"x 0.75"x 0.5" thick so it unintrusive under the cabinet.

NO TOOLS NEEDED, VERY BRIGHT LIGHT

Installed this in the kitchen in under 15 minutes! It's so light the 3M adhesive is all I needed. The light is very bright at the highest setting. Hold in the on/off button on the light strip and the brightness decreases in increments. Let go when you have the brightness you need. Do the same thing to increase the brightness once it gets to the lowest setting. Just hold your hand under the IR sensor and it turns on or off. This will make a great Christmas present for my kids for sure!

And then there was LIGHT!!!

Love this light! No pulling wires through the wall from junction box to box. Took me 10 min to position the light a few inches back from the front of cabinet above the sink. Then I just strung the wire with hooks (included) and plug into the wall. I moved into an apt with poor lighting in the kitchen and this warm light LED kit did the trick. I used an 18" light but I can add more with adapters to this one. AND I can remove it and take it with me when I move.

Easy install, great light

Love this product, it was so easy to install that even this novice had no problem. put it under the cabinet over the sink and it lit up the area perfectly. love the on-off touch free!

Well designed features: dimmer, no-touch on-off

Installation was easy to figure out with online video (the print directions included were not useful). 10-level dimmer & On/Off with motion detector make this a superior product. I bought two 18" sets, had to return one: space under cabinet was 19", but the light + end plug requires at least 20". The other set installed under a 24" cabinet, works fine.

Dimmable

I like that you don't have to touch the light to turn it on or off and that you can switch the timer so that the light will turn off after three hours.

This light was easy to install and worked as advertised. The illumination was very good. We are very pleased.

Great under cabinet lights

Easy to install and use. I love the fact that they have motion sensor that way you can turn the lights on while you're in the middle of mixing something. Also, the 10 different light settings comes in very handy. I would highly recommend these lights.

Great Light - Easy Installation

I purchased this light to illuminate some shelving in my laundry area. Light works great and installation was super easy. Clips and hands-free sensor go up with double sided tape, light bar snaps into the clips, connect wires from the light bar and the plug to the sensor and I was done. Took me less than 10 minutes to install and the light works great. Hands free sensor eliminated the need to put in a new light switch and the light output is 1000 times better than most work lights. I'll be getting more of these for other spots around the house for sure.

EASY to put up, all parts were included-- I used the sticky pads instead of screwing in the brackets. I had it installed in about 5 minutes, no tools!!! It gives more light and is good for when I want some light but not the full-on overhead lights. I LOVE the feature of how you can just wave your hand under the cabinet to turn it on/off!
