My only comment, that you have to fix is Billing. Depauw University will not take a receipt without having the last 4 digits of my credit card on it. Since I ordered it on line that had the numbers but that was the order...not the receipt, but they did except it. Just saying.

I purchased these to move furniture over hard wood flooring. When I moved a 100 pound mechanical bed frame down the hallway the wheels left indentation marks in the hardwood floors every place they rolled. I will need to refinish my hallway floors because of this product.
