Love ending the word day sitting by the fire table on a fall evening. I did add blue glass rocks to the top of the lava rocks . Highly rcommend.

Such a cute little firepit. Only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because it's a little tricky to turn on. But it produces a pretty big fire. Make sure you follow the instructions closely.

Love this fire pit! Great for cool evenings outside! Love the shelf where drinks can be placed! Well worth the cost. Easy to assemble!

I like that this functions as a table and fireplace. My only wish is that the cover and sides were not metal. I think a wood cover and sides would be nicer. We are definitely enjoying it!!! It’s very easy to turn on and off. We also like the propane tank is hidden.

Buyer Beware: Steel, not Aluminum

Though the description clearly states this table is constructed of aluminum, the one I received is obviously made of steel. See the attached photo showing magnets sticking to the top and sides -- not something that occurs for most non-ferrous metals like aluminum. I informed the store where I returned my unit, so hopefully the product description will get updated.

I received the 28” Steel Legacy Heating Propane Gas Fire Pit and at 84 years old, I found the instructions were very easy to follow with only a screw driver to assemble & by myself.

[Rewarded Review] Works Great, Easy to assemble

I have to say up front, This is the first Firepit I've owned. So I don't have a solid frame of reference to compare it too. I can say, it was easy to assemble, and works as advertised. Two of the side panels were slightly bent or warped, but that didn't effect the assembly. I bought a 20 lb BBQ style gas cylinder. It was easy to slide into the Cabinet underneath. The entire Fire Pit is sheet metal. I would assume most are. There is no stone or tile. So far we made Smore's a couple times. About the only negative is sometimes it's tricky to light. I also don't know what long term durability will be. I've only had it two weeks. It'll be sitting out in the Arizona Sun, so if that doesn't ruin it, then it should be fine.

[Rewarded Review] Nice Firepit, GREAT Patio Table to use year 'round

Arizona cool evenings aren't frequent enough to enjoy firepits as much as other parts of the country, BUT this model has really solved that problem as it is a TERRIFIC piece of patio furniture! It goes together easily but IS heavy, so assemble it where you will use it and use two people to turn it over. Only needing a screwdriver is nice. The propane tank fits easily, gas hookup is simple, but a note on the lava rock. As warned in the manual, it is dusty, so we will replace it with firepit glass so the smaller crumbly dusty rocks can't block the burner assembly by accident. No big deal. With the lid on, it works great as a patio table. It's flat, stable, and fits well into our patio seating area. Pitchers, glasses, plates, beer bottles, etc. etc. sit flat on it and don't tip, and it cleans easily with a damp cloth. This is very well designed to use all year long and look good while doing it. Definitely a good 'add' to our outside life in the desert west.

Get the higher BTUs, worth the extra few dollars!

Great size and balance of BTU - 48000 BTU that provides good heat and with the tank in can be moved around and not a weight burden. We are truly enjoying with our family & neighbors and I would highly recommend this unit. I have been around a 30000 BTU unit on a chilly night; not enough BTUs. Go with the higher heat unit. Makes a big difference!

[Rewarded Review] Easy assembly

As a 72 year old woman, I found this fire table easy to assemble. The instructions are clear and the illustrations showed each step clearly. The only tool required is a philips head screwdriver. The finished is solid and should last many years. I chose a table with a wood grain look table top, other options are available. The finished product would look great on any patio.
