[Rewarded Review] Absolute Piece of Junk!!!

Do Not Buy! First, it came without one of the main pieces. The company doesn't answer their phone. It took 5 messages on the website and two weeks to get the part. Then tried to put together - each leg attaches to the top with two bolts. THE BOLTS JUST SLIP THROUGH THE HOLES. The holes are too big and not threaded properly for the bolts. Cannot assemble!! Returning. Now have only one day to return due to their initial part delay.

This little fireplace was a great addition to our patio! Easy to setup, and enjoyable when we get one of those rare cold nights on the Florida coast!

Fairly easy to put together. Lighter can take several pushes to get lit, but it works and makes an ice flame. Cabinet finish scratches easily.

Needs a deeper pit for lava rock and burner, the directions are your basic Chinese 1 page pictures. Lay it out before you start, as all sides are not the same. It puts off heat but its more of a visual effect than a heater. About the size of a large end table.

Is it me or should this have more lava rocks?

I like the the fact that there is no plastic in this product, but I have trouble recommending it because this is the quantity of lava rocks it came with, and the instructions say it is right amount. The problem is the rocks don't glow because they sit under the flames from the metal ring. Not exactly the look I was hoping for. If the manufacturer could let me know if I can use more lava rocks than the amount pictured, I would really appreciate it. I have no problem purchasing more myself.

Awesome product although the box was pretty roughed up and after assembling we discovered the square around it had a nice dent on it. By that point it was already put together and I wasn’t taking it back.

Good table would give five stars, but one panel was dented upon arrival. Packaging was in excellent condition so quality control dropped the ball. Overall this is a very good table. Very easy to assemble and level. Looks good and so far no rust!

The design and overall features of this product was great however the material was left to be desired although the price point was really great I understand why the materials weren’t up to par. Overall great product for its price point.

Propane fire pit

Fire pit - propane is wonderful. There is one problem the igniter does not work properly & have to use a lighter. This is known by manufacturer. Also it will not ignite if igniter is blocked with stones.

Brown not black!

Frustrated that I ordered black and it is actually a brown (probably oil rubbed bronze color). Doesn’t match the rest of my patio. Lava rocks aren’t enough to cover. But I guess for the price I get what I paid for. Going to try to spray paint it black.

[Rewarded Review] Spend some more time outdoors...

We've been after an outdoor firepit for some time now. We have a big yard and a garden and we enjoy spending time out there roasting hotdogs and marshmallows and even just doing nothing at all. Since we live in a northern state temps can get a little nippy in the evening, sometimes dropping 40-50 degrees from afternoon to night. Enter in the 28” Legacy Heating Propane Firepit.

Pleased with this fire pit table! Instead of posting the usual photos showing the unit on fire (there are plenty of photos around showing this), I'm doing something different and using my 2-photo allotment to show the unit right after I put it together, showing the "workings" of the unit. One photo shows the interior (behind the table cabinet door) where you insert your 20-lb. propane tank, which includes built-in connector and line and also a sturdy base for the tank to sit on. The other photo shows the side with the lighter knob and instruction sticker, and also the top of the unit with the stainless steel burner, before any lava rock is added.

There’s something relaxing about sitting by a fire. This gas fire pit is a nice size with a low profile to give a pleasant glow and warmth as the evening cools. The unit has clean lines and looks great! The ledge around the burner is five inches wide and stays cool to the touch. The unit has a cover for the burner that fits very well. Assembly was easy, and though we had to call for assistance about a part, the helpline is readily available and very responsive.

This gas fire pit is super nice! I read the measurements but it is so much bigger than I imagined. It's great. The one I received did come with a couple small dents but nothing to extreme. I will say I recommend putting a towel or blanket down when assembling. You assemble it upside down and it does scratch easily. The overall assembly was easy, well explained and took exactly the amount of time it suggests which is 30 minutes. Also the door took just a bit of adjusting to get the closer we liked. It took a couple turns to ignite once hooked up but after that it cranks on within 1 or 2 turns. The flames are adjustable with the turn of a knob. It's a beautiful price and I was surprised at how much it actually heats. Will be great on cool evenings!! Overall I am completely satisfied and would recommend.
