Missing parts

I purchased this early in a full bathroom renovation. My renovation is finally at a stage where I am going to mount this except it was missing the mounting brackets. I sent messages to Lexora about the missing parts and they wanted to charge me $100+ to replace them. I ended up fabricating my own brackets and will never buy another Lexora product again since they won't stand by their product.

Easy to install and very nice looking.

One of the side mirrors on the case part was cracked. We didn't want to have to wait for another one so we installed it without the mirror on the outer case. Other than that it is a beautiful mirror and it works wonderfully. Love the Blue tooth too

Customer service

1st ordered to have it shipped to the store. 2nd they changed stores in my area to where it was going to be delivered. 3rd, ended up in Ohio??

I haven’t installed it yet but it was well packed and in one piece.

Difficult Install

The provided brackets are only 10 inches, so you can't go into 2 studs. It says to use plastic wall fasteners, but it's way too heavy to trust those. Plus there are random screws in the rails on the mirror that you have to avoid when hanging your brackets. Needless to say the directions are awful. Finally got it up though and it looks pretty good.

It’s a mirror. But not as good as described

Bluetooth not as loud as a iPhone. Very disappointing Lights okay but not as bright as I want. The mirrors look nice and quality.

2 cabinets delivered, both damaged.

We have ordered 2 of these and both were delivered damaged. Returned the first one and the replacement showed up a week later damaged. What needs to happen to get an undamaged product delivered?? We can’t recommend this product because we can’t get one installed due to damage.

Will NOT connect to WIFI

I can not connect the mirror with WiFi and I’ve tried absolutely EVERYTHING. Also, the display on the mirror doesn’t match the picture in the Instructions. Also, the mirror doesn’t have a round Circle. Also, there not a place anywhere on the mirror to plug in a shaver. Also, there are no lights inside the mirror that are supposed to come on when a cabinet door opens. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Item was left on sidewalk.. they couldn’t even put on front porch under a roof. Won’t purchase anymore large items. Not a cheap item but handled as such.. disappointed

Arrived late and shattered

Absolutely beautiful mirror! This was purchased for a remodel and the client loved it instantly. Great quality, better than expected.

Deteriorating in less than 2 years

I was very excited to buy this mirror with its multiple features. It has been a great addition to our bathroom; however, the mirror began to show black spots on the edges, less than 2 years after purchase. These black spots are on the edges and are about the size of a dime, at least for now. They are distracting and cheapen the look. Extremely frustrating given the price. Do not buy this!

Updated n beautiful

I love love love this mirrored medicine cabinet. It looks so sleek n modern. Very easy instructions on how to use. Makes the bathroom look very updated. The only thing I didn’t like was that the shelves that were suppose to b included were not in the box. I contacted the company twice but had no response. That is extremely disappointing

I love this mirror! The defogger works wonderfully and the lighting is great. The fact that it is bluetooth compatible lets me listen to my music while I'm in the shower. Excellent mirror at a very good price.
