Even though they say the color is dark when not lit, it is really dark and not that pretty at all. in addition 3 months after buying it and not really turning it on and off much, one of the draw switches already broke and is stuck. I have to find a replacement for the socket now.

Pretty, but short...
The lamp is very pretty, but not even close to the 64" as advertised-- I would have preferred it be the height that I thought it would be; but it is nice and I will keep it-- I rec'd it quickly, but if you're needing it to be taller-- choose something else...

Crummy Customer Service
Customer service is non-existent . I tried talking to *** who got disconnected and *** who finally hung up on our chat. I tried to buy a lamp (to match an identical one I bought before). I had applied for a 15% discount which never materialized. No one was able to help me. everyone wanted a number I could not find, and by the time I did, li'l *** had enough and bid me good evening. It will be a cold day in *** when I buy from these *** again.

Love this lamp perfect match to the ceiling light fixture. Easy ordering, arrived quickly. Just a pictured on website. Packed very well, easy to put together. Beautiful addition to my living room!
Disappointed
I bought this lamp because I love the way it looks when it's lit. I love the yellow color I own other Tiffany lamps and there beautiful this one is not like it's shown here it greenish in color when lit not yellow does not go with my decor.
