The bath faucet works great. Very good water output. Sleek and smart looking. I wanted something that looked more modern and this one does. Hast the same foot print as the old faucet, so it is a perfect fit. We have a manufactured home. They still use mobile and RV parts to build them. Ours is a 1995 Lincoln Park if that helps anyone.
